I Have Applied in IPO of Burnpur Cement for 500 shares of Rs.12 each amounting to Rs.6000/- in Application No.3002647. I Have Applied through "ON Line from UTI Securities". Same application is rejected but yet today date 9/1/2008 I have not received my refund. Please give me guidance how I should get my money back.

I have applied in Burnpur IPO for 1000 shares amounting to Rs. 12000. (App No. 3021112) though ICICI Direct. I was not alloted any shares and I havent got the refund too. I called Burnpur cement at[protected] but am not getting any satisfactory answer. I mailed to the registar and no reply. This is really unfair on the part of the company to be holding the investor money for so long. Kindly advice on what to do about this.
Hi Kalpesh here, I have the same case. APplied for 1000 not alloted not refund - applied through icicidirect. I am planning to write SEBI for holding money and planning to file a case against this guys and even planning to give in media..
