Burnpur Cement — Unfair Malpractice by Lead Manager SREI and Company

I am very surprise that I was not allotted even one share when my hard earned money remained with the company for over 30 days.

There was no over-subcription, no lottery in allotment, No reason why the lead manager is giving for non-allotment with 2500 shares applied one can surely expect firm allotment of atleast 100 shares.

There is much under the way indulged by the operater with the lead manager SREI requires CBI to investigaee

i have applied ipo of burnpur cement and not got allotment.
but till now i have not received refund amount Rs.60,000.

Company has taken too long time to allot shares and it it is not refunding investors money also. I have not received my refund till now.I applied through HDFC sec. for this issue.

I applied 1000 shares of Burnpur Cement, but I had not been alloted single share and even uptill now I didn't get my refund too. I applied through ICICIDIRECT.

Burnpur Cement — IPO amount not refunded

I applied for 2500 chares @ Rs 12/- in Burnpur Cement IPO. I was not alloted any share and my application amount of Rs 30,000/- is not refunded yet. I made numerous calls to their registar but no body picks phone there. I dont know what to do> Can somebody help me out to get my money back. My application no was 3003983.

I am retail investor my Application no is 3026969. i had invested for 500 share for @ Rs 12 till date there not a single penny has been returned. however They the registrar M/s Niche Technology has replied to to my Mail and claiming they had sent the order thru speedpost on 29.12.07. I fail to understand that Is Indian Postal service such a slow service that even after 15 day the order is still in transit. Pls Suggest why there is delay and how can we take our hard earn money.

I HAD APPLIED FOR IPO THRO' ICICI DIRECT. NO SHARES WERE ALLOTED TO ME. STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND FOR AMOUNTS PAID FOR IPO (RS 12000). WHAT IS THE SEBI RULE
IN THIS REGARD. IS IT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ALLOTMENT
