Bus Ticket — change not yet given | |
I am S.Sivasakthi student of a Engineering college in private organisation perundurai, daily i am coming from erode to perundurai. On 11/01/2010 at 7.45am I catched the Govt. bus at ERODE GH and get ticket for Perundurai. The actual charge is Rs.6, i gave Rs.10 to the conductor. He gave only Ticket but he didn't return my balance of Rs.4. I Asked it for many times but he didn't respond properly, at last i was get down at perundurai bus stand and asking my balance to him he didn't give my balance at that time also he simply saying no change and given signal to the driver to start the bus. As a passanger he insulted me by using unwanted words in crowded place and I am unsatisfied due to this incident please take necessary steps to avoid these kind of incident in future. after i got the ticket many passangers given change to conductor for getting ticket, that time i asked my balance but he is not respond . Bus ticket — Not processing the payment

Ticket — Ticket change not given
Dear Sir,On 17/4/2009 i've travelled in ordinary from Miyapur Alwin to S.R.Nagar.I gaveRs.7/-But he gave me Rs5/- Ticket and told me that i'll give u change In Erragadda.But He didnt give me any change.Even when i asked about change he didnt react.When i asked to Driver he told me that Leave it its matter of only 2Rs/-, At the time of getting down the conducter went back towards gents and he didnt come to me.
So what kind of action will u take?Will u also leave because of only matter of Rs.2/-, this is not for 2/-Rs but the passengers should satisfy with ur services.
The bus Number is AP28Z445 at 11'o' clock i've started at Miyapur Alwin-S.R.Nagar.Ticket No. Is[protected]. Please reply to my complaint.
