I missed my bag in kumbakonam to Tambaram tnstc bus I have the bus ticket. My bag is in blue color sky bag .my bag contains 2 Headset and 1 brand new shirt, 1 t-shirt in my bag and In my bag my 12th school I'd card is there and the new shirt I ordered from online so it has the delivery address and my mobile number . As I went j v hospital, Chennai and purchase medicine rs 217 on 28.8.20.
I used my Indian Bank debit card. But after swipe and put pin number, it shows transaction failed. But rs217 debited from my account. So kindly refund my money asap...

This is regarding bus ticket booked from coimbatore to madurai..order id:[protected]..bus has been cancelled..but my order money has not be returned or there is no information regarding that money..plz check after that and refund the required money..which has been taken for booking.....

Hi,
I booked a ticket of PUNBUS Volvo on 26Th of march, 2013 for which i put a coupon. The actual fare of bus was Rs 851 which after availing The coupon i got at Rs 601. But when i book The ticket, The money got deducted from my account but The Ticket was not booked and i did not get any confirmation either. I had booked two tickets (Self, wife & 3 yrs old son) on 12.11.2012 through RedBus.in from Kollam to Mysore online. On the e-ticket there was a contact number which I had contacted at around 2 p.m on 12.11.12 for knowing the details of the exact time and pick up point. They informed me that pick up point is near Kumar Theater and time 9.15p.m. But to our dismay at around 8 p.m. I was informed that the bus has been cancelled....
