Hi,
I booked a ticket of PUNBUS Volvo on 26Th of march, 2013 for which i put a coupon. The actual fare of bus was Rs 851 which after availing The coupon i got at Rs 601. But when i book The ticket, The money got deducted from my account but The Ticket was not booked and i did not get any confirmation either. I drop a mail at [protected]@paytm.com twice, but There is still not any response from There. I want my refund back. please process The complaint ASAP.
