[Resolved] Business Today — Non receipt of Subscription gift | |||
Subscription Number BT1609268 I have not yet received my subscription gift after 4 months of commencement of subscription & wrote to their helpdesk. Their responses have been extremely disatisfactory, see below their reply. I would suggest customers to be cognizant of these facts before subscribing to this magazine. ...................................................................................⇄ Dear Mr. Geo, We would like to thank you for your e-mail. We are extremely sorry for all the inconvenience caused to you due to the non receipt of the Gift. As per the status received from our “Courier” agent, we would like to inform you that the gift were delivered to you. However, we are unable to provide you with the "Proof of Delivery" card, as the courier agency delete their records which are older then 03 months. Business Today Magazine — Non Receipt of Business today
I have subscribed to 'Business Today' for 5 years. The subscription will last till 03/03/2013. I was getting the copies regularly till May 2008. Since June 2008 I have not got any copy. I have made several complaints over telephone (toll free no.[protected]. I have had communication over email ([protected]@intoday.com) I got only promises but I have not got the copy yet. I have asked for refund of my money, but they have not replied on this. Please help.Thanks & Regards

business today — Non receipt of gift
I had renewed my five year subscription of Business Today - Subscription Reference No. BT-182829- for another five years in January 2009. I was promised a free gift but till now, after more than ten months and many complaints, have not received the same. You have defaulted on your terms of our agreement and and have caused breach of trust which I had reposed in you.Overall you have acted in a very unprofessional manner - and well the publications you bring out - are they also read or viewed at your end !
Please look into the matter urgently lest it goes into the next year.

business today — False claim about delivery of subscription gift
I had taken subscription of Business Today magazine for 5 years, and I was promised Addida shoes as subscription gift within 10 weeks of the date of my subscription. My subscription had started on 10th feb 2008, after which i was in constant touch with their customer care. even on may 30 i received a mail from their customer care, that the delivery will be further delayed by about two weeks. All of sudden now they inform me that the gift was delivered to me 29th may itself (even after sending me a mail on may 30 telling me about further delay). Now they make a false claim of delivery of the gift and get away from this issue.This is how Business Today is fooling people. Be Aware
