I have been following up multiple times however, the issue I had is not resolved, the primary reason for non delivery of the mag is due to the careless attitude of the agent. Not sure how many times I need to follow particularly when subs are charged upfront. I feel cheated...

I have subscribed business today magazine for a year. However after repeated reminder, they are not sending the books to me. According to them (Business today group), they have released the books, and this is upto postal department to resolve it. I required them to please take up the same with postal department, as i have no clue on how to proceed, however so far no response. Response is very poor and not giving me the escalation details.'...

Even after 3 months, i received no single copy of the magazine. I have emailed them a dozen times but received pathetic standardized regret letter "...We have received the request from your last email and have forwarded the request to the concerned department. We will have a response for you soon. Please grant us 2-3 days time for a revert.

Paid money for Business Today Magazine for 5 year subscription (No. BT1681357). They do not deliver the subscription copy, and not respond properly while addressing this issue. Wasted lot of money and time by running behind the issue....

I have not yet received my subscription gift after 4 months of commencement of subscription & wrote to their helpdesk.
Their responses have been extremely disatisfactory, see below their reply.
I would suggest customers to be cognizant of these facts before subscribing to this magazine.

Non Delivery of Magazine Subscribed
Dear Sir,
I had subscribed for a 3 year subscription to Business Today in the month of Sept 2006 through Indiatimes.com and my Subscription ID: 1537579. First of all after having my subscription amount they did not start the subscription of the magazine till the month of April 2007 only after i complained that having paid the amount towards subscription i have not recd a single copy till march 2007 the extract of my email communication...
