I have purchase on butterfly massager from indiatimes shopping, Merchant Name -e-commerce-India(101623). They have informed me that they have courior my product through Professional Courior AWB Number[protected], shipment Date Sep, 12 2008, today is 21st september i have not received any documents. i have phoned to Professional Courior several times several numbers as there instrucction but they don't give me any proper answer. i am really failed to understand that really it is professional or it is a unprofessional courior. They have informed me that they have courier my product through Professional Courior AWB Number xxxxxxxxx, shipment Date dec, 2 2008, today is 8 st December i have not received any parcel of mine. i did called to Professional Courior several times several numbers but they saying that the given product has not been dispatched from the specific location how can i call them i dont have e-commerce-India(101623) number nor address nor email id can any one provide me their details..do help me
