My name is Riyazudeen. Iam from Coimbatore. I bought a butterfly platinum induction stove from Anandha Corporations, x-cut road copimbatore. Just after 4 months of purchase it stopped working. When i take it to the service center "gandhimathi appliances in gandhipuram", they dont know, how to behave with customers. Its a worst service provided by them. Im a batchelor and i depend on that induction stove but when i keep a thava for preparing dosa or chappathi, within 5 mins it will show the error "E5" and stop working. From the day i bought this induction stove it is an headache for me. Butterfly products are worst in quality and their after sale service very worst. The behaviour of people in the service center "gandhimathi appliances in gandhipuram" is very very worst. After all buttterfly sucks.
