Actually I would say these people are day light robbers. I would like to advise anybody should not buy anything from this site. Fraud online store
I totally agree with the above alligations. I had myself ordered a FOSSIL watch worth Rs 9200 from "[protected]@brands" in december 2011. They say it will take maximum 5 days for the product to be delivered, but even after 1 month, they failed to deliver. So I applied for the reefun. But they kept stalling for the refund.
They made false update on my "[protected]@brands" profile page that they have made the refund, but I checked with my credit card account and the payment has not been made yet.
HENCE I HAVE DECIDED TO INITIATE A CONSUMER CASE AGAINST [protected]@BRANDS AND CLAIM DAMAGES FOR SUCH A FRAUD.

I have placed my order number 001443 dated 12 Nov. 2011.It is almost 02 months now but I have not received my product. No-one has bothered to reply back to my emails. It is unprofessional customer service. This is customer harassment. This is FRAUD.
