[Resolved] Buyatbrands — Order not delivered | |||
Hi, I ordered one Guess W75043L1 Ladies Watches - Color : White with details as follow INVOICE # IN001549 from 02/06/2012 and it was supposed to be delivered at my place by bluedart 1st service (charging Rs 300 extra) to get it delivered between 10th February 2012 and 12th February 2012 but I have not received any watch as of now. Every time I call the customer care, they say the order would reach by tomorrow but they do not provide any shipment no or tracking number. This is a huge amount I have paid for the watch and I want the amount refunded as I do not think this order would be delivered as per the given dates or even later on. I would like to warn all you people not to buy from this website and I am upset with Khojguru for putting this fraudulent website on their deals section. I would send a summon soon as matter of legal forgery and customer treachery if soon my product is not delivered or refund is not made. I have had a similar experience regarding my purchase with Buyatbrands.
I too had bought a Guess watch model No: W13563L1 ladies watches for which i still haven't received any update nor status of my order from the company.
All calls and emails to the customer call centre have gone unanswered, i really have no clue how to trace my order.
I have payed a huge amount of money for the same and i am just hoping to receive a reply from them before i go ahead and place a report in consumer forum.
