[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply (CESC) — New Connection

12-09-11 last bill come to me abnormali reading 1365 unit.
Because load of the meter is
1) 40 watt electronic tube light-01 no. which is on of average per day 7 hours
2) 165 ltr. refrigerator - 01 no. running per day 10 hours.
3) 1/4 HP pump set -01 no. running per day 30 minutes maximum.
4) 5 watt CFL - 01 no. used in bathroom perpuse 02 hours.
so I dont understand that how to come this type of bill
I also follow your guideline chart of load consumtion which is given in the bill.
Metering part is your property so we are not liable for that.
please look into this matter and I hope for justis to you,

I HAVE APPLIED FOR TEMPORARI CONNECTION AT74 SAHID NAGAR -7 KOLKATA-78 WARD NO. 105 BORO XII REFERENCE NO.01/17483/11 FORM NO. [protected]. IT WAS APPLIED ATLEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE, STILL WE ARE NOT GETTING CONNECTION.

I want to a 1.5 ton split AC for my flat but I don't know what is the procedure to get connection for AC. Can anybody help to know can I obtained the connection for AC from CESC.

Does anyone even look into it, or we the consumer only post the issue and all of our effort goes in vain . Please confirm so that i can even post my issue . Thank you .

Pl. let me know the new connection RULE that I purchase Flat at Belgaria Near to the Belgaria station ( 1 Madusudar roy road flat in G.C. Roy Chowdury Tower for CESC Connection they gave me inspection letter behalf of my Flat C/402, but Meter is not installed yet.

Dear sir/ madam need some help. i have brought a flat in bangur as investment & it's given on rent also. after 6 months my previous owner (whom i have brought the flat) asking me to change the name which i am against as i brought this flat for investment so down the line i will sell this flat in future. so my question is without changing previous owner name can i use it or he can disconnect my electricity connection through cesc. at the same time he is not giving me the bill. every month i have to collect my duplicate bill from shymbazar & pay the bill. so what action can i take against my previous owner.

I had applied for new connection vide Application Sl. No. [protected] for 7KW AC supply at C-5, 903 Eden City, Mahesh Tala during April 2012, throgh EDEN CITY, but till date connection is not provided to my flat.

Dear sir,

On purchasing a flat, a new meter connection have been applied by the builder for the above flat, around one month back. Statutory deposit / fees has been made and inspection is over. After occupying the new flat we are in great need of electricity. Let me know please how many days are required to allot me a new connection after the date of inspection.

I will be highly obliged if you kindly assist me in this regard and where to follow-up for their action.

I have purchased a flat at 44D, Becharam Chatterjee Road, Behala Manton, Kolkata - 700 034 on September 2012 and applied for a new connection on October 2012 under L.P. no. 52/19. Then last August 2013, I came to know that due to certain reason the previous request for new connection was cancelled and I have to apply again for the same. Again I applied but till date there is no trace of my new connection. I am now in deep problem.
