I got the same message and decided to phone and email Dr Andrew frm the Bank, Real contact no. not the same and he told me straight that this is a scam and he said he is not a docter but he is Mr. and he id a manager.So guyz be warned. thanks

This is really shocking and these guys just continue with there dreadful activities! I was the so-called "winner" this morning. I immediately realized that something fishy is going on! Thank you for everybody who write all these warnings. It was so easy to realize: Stay away! Thank You.

I also received the same message from Dr Paul Muller, two days after my husband received the same sms but from different people. why are they targeting South Africans, please guys be careful. JUST BE PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN. my ref number, batch no, security number and winning number are the same as others.
I received an email from a mr Ben Max to tell me that i have won 1 000 000.00 USD in the email draw Ontario 49 promotion. As i can see this is scam, what i would like to know is how do they get away with this because it seems to keep on going.

Hi, They have now moved to e- mail format. Indicating a win in the lottery due to to international promotion of the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. I think the only winners will be the con artists.

This is a Nigerian "419" scam. These scams are so common that our SAPS has a cybercrime unit with a specifically trained 419 unit. They already know of this scam (some of their official numbers also 'won'!)
I just received my e-mail 30min ago saying that my Mobile has won US$1, 000, 000 from Canadian Mobile Lottery Draw and to e-mail Dr. Kelly Wilson. The googlemail e-mail address was a clue that this could be a hoax. Do these people understand we are in a financial crisis and tempting us like this is just evil!!!
