[Resolved]  Canara Bank & HDFC Bank Bank — Money was not transferred to beneficiery account

Hi,

I have made online transaction from my HDFC account to my mom's Canara Bank account on 20th Aug 2008. But still now, the money is not transferred to my mom's account. When I asked Canara Bank where my mom having account, they cooly said they didn't recieve any funds to the account. When I asked HDFC bank helpdesk, they said money was transferred to beneficery bank and shared the RBI Transaction Reference no: HD[protected].
I just want to know, where is the money and how to get my money asap.
