[Resolved] Canara Bank — Atm transaction not completed and my account is debited with the amount. | |
Sir / Madam, This is to inform I, Mrs Neha Das had done one direct transaction from Canara bank atm on 14 / 07 / 2009 at 19:00 hrs near station road kalyan. The transaction was declined & interrupted as there was a power failure. However in the receipt which i had received from the other atm ( Indian bank ) shows the amount of Rs 5000/- as withdrawn. I did this to just check if the transaction was completed or not. Regarding this i have already submitted a letter with enclosed receipt of Indian bank atm to manager of Canara bank, murbad road branch. but still my account has not been credited with the amount. Please do the needful a.s.a.p, Thank you. Sir / Madam,
I have gone to indian bank tirunelveli town branch atm .for withdraw rs 10, 000 = on july 4th 2009 ( saturday ) 10.03am but the receipt shows unable to process . and i take my atm card and go to sbi atm for withdraw there i check my account balance and i saw that rs 10, 000 = was debited from my account . i have give complete letter to my canara bank tirunelveli town branch on 6th of july 2009 (monday) . but still there is no reply from the bank . atm code is 0351 . so please sir rs 10, 000 = is not a small amount for me . please take any action on it as soon as possible ...15 days has passed
