[Resolved] Canara Bank & Jetlite — Non refund of amount against cancellation of tickets | |||
This is against the Canara Bank Officials of Konanakunte Cross of Bangalore. I have cancelled my tickets from Bangalore to Delhi on 28th February and asked for the refunded amount (3,189) to be credited in my account. After one week, when I inquired the JetLite officials are saying that they have refunded the amount and sent me the receipt. But till date, its been one month, the amount has not come in my account. When I went to the Branch Manager, he simply said he can't do anything. When I am calling the JetLite people, they are saying that the Canara Bank Officials has to coordinate with the ICICI Bank since JetLite do the transfers through ICICI Bank. I really don't understand in what way Canara Bank works. At one side you are serving the customers and on the other hand, the branch manager has become one non reactive piece, not ready to help at all. Canara Bank — Non Refund
I had executed a purchase from my Canara Bank ATM cum Debit Card on 10th January, 2009 but soon after I cancelled the purchase. Since then the amount once debited has not been credited back till now even after writting two complaint letters and asking for quick action.
