My Complaint Is against this company Candidly Couture which operates through Facebook owned by Ishita Sharma. I think this page needs to be reported ASAP as a fraudulent company.
I ordered a skirt on May 5, 2013, and the money that is Rs.1790 was transferred to her on 6th May, 2013 and the product was due for delivery on the 19th Of May, 2013. On the 20th their excuse was that its an international courier and will take ten more days, they said that they supposedly sent me a mail regarding the delay but actually never did. on the 30th of May, there was no sign of delivery again. and their excuse this time was that the skirt was defected and that they will send it again but without specifying when. I asked them for a refund as i had lost all hopes of getting the skirt I had ordered and was beginning to believe that its a scam. I did my research about this company and was shocked to find out that like me, many other girls have been cheated by her and were given the exact same excuses. They do not answer calls , nor do they reply to e-mails , texts and even whatsapp messages. There is absolutely no trace of them.
It is due to people like ISHITA SHARMA that E-Commerce in India does not match the standards of E-commerce in international markets. Such people should be caught and put behind bars, conning people by using social media has become an easy way of making money.

To support my complaint all you need to do is type Candidly Couture on Google and you will find many other complaints about this company by other people.
