I had ordered a dress from a company called Candidly Couture, which is an apparel company that operates via facebook (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Candidly-Couture/[protected]?ref=ts&fref=ts)...⇄ They have taken the payment for the dress in advance and promised delivery within 2 to 3 weeks of payment. Its been 2 months since I made the payment and I havent received the dress or refund. I have emailed them several times earlier asking the status of the dress which they failed to reply to. I have repeatedly sent them facebook messages but they did not reply to that as well. After i posted a comment on their facebook page, not only they deleted the comment but they also blocked me from posting comments further.
After repeatedly emailing them or getting in touch with them and telling them that I will put a complaint to the consumer courts, they replied back saying that they will mail me my cheque for refund. However they failed to send me anything on the time frame that they promised. I waited even after that emailing them again asking the status still I havent received a reply for cheque for refund from them. Was this information helpful? |
