[Resolved] Candidly Couture — Product delivery | |||
Candidly couture is an online shopping service that works on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/pages/Candidly-Couture/[protected]?fref=ts I ordered a lace dress from a them, item code : SU09 in size large on the 9th February 2013 The payment of Rs 1370/- was received by them on 13th February for the same and I was told I would get the dress in 10-14 working days. (confirmed via email) After no information about the product delivery/shipping from their side, I wrote them another email on the 28th February They give me an explanation for the initial delay saying that "A batch of our order got delayed and meanwhile our gmail account got hacked, your order would reach you in the next 7 working days or you'd get a full refund." Neither has happened yet. I wrote another email, complaining about their service on 19th March asking for a full refund by the end of the week. Candidly Couture has stopped replying to my emails and Facebook Inbox messages. It has now been over a month since I ordered the dress. After doing more research, I have come across many such buyers who have the same complaint. Some of the complaints even exist on this website/ I think the matter needs to be looked into and this fraud service needs to be shut down. Was this information helpful? | |||
