Hi All,
With weighted heart I am bringing this one to you all people.
I have worked more than 2+ years in Capgemini.
At the time of joining I informed to my HR I Can not submit the docs more that what I have submitted at the time of Joining. They are accepted.
I resigned and desided to join in one of the CMM level 5 comapny.
HR called me and asked to take back and they promised me they will provide all the benefits what I have the offer and if I stay back.
Again I sent mail to the HR with all the details she accepted then i taken back.
After completion and successful delivery of the project I came on Bench.
The Mgmt decided to put in odd technologies, I said no.
Suddenly after 3 months they called and said BGC problem.
Infact they have to do salary correction or other benefits. Instead of that they given termination letter. what way it is justice.
Till 2012 February they were given proper relieving letters even if it BGC problem.
If any new policy /change of policy Mgmt should inform to all of the resources. It was not reached to any of the resources.
Also BGC should be done withing 3-6 months once after the joining the organization.
Even they can do any time BGC but they don't have right to terminate once they assign to the project. If that is the case what way they ar giving protection to the clients.
Also with out completion of BGC what way they will assign to the project.
After completion of 2 yrs I got mail from the HR like: Congratulation on completion of 2 yrs and expecting the continuation with the Capgemini'
Also I never received any single mail for this entire duration stating that docs not submitted or BGC failed. Suddenly they called and said BGC fail.
Once again I request to the mgmt at least provide proper relieving letter I can survive out side.
If I am a bad person in IT industry then Capgemini also the same.
Providing the fake employees to the clients. then Capgemini also should be in the block list.
Also I can proove that Capgemini has 50% + fake employees are there.
What way they decided to do BGC after my resignation. It looks like they want to spoil my life and my career.
Please help what I can do. Why court or govt not involving this kind of human related issues.
what ever their treatment it is disturbing my rest life. Now nobody is ready to hire me in the IT industry.

Please do the needful.
