[Resolved]  CAR LOAN — Mental Harrasment

Dear Sir,

I Sunil Kumar Malhotra had purchased a Maruti Wagon R DL9CN9449 which was financed by Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. having aggrement number 822278. Since last 3-4 days i am receiving calls from recovery department of your company & they are compelling me to pay the EMI's Cash to them even i have submitted my PDC's to the company. When i asked about the reason of taking cash they replied that its a company's policy. When i inquired that if it is a company's policy then company should issue a letter to me and also company should give my PDC's back to me then only i can pay EMI's by cash replying this he told that company will not do the same and started forcing me for paying EMI's and even in my absence two persons from company came to my residence and tried to harras my family. I have complete audio recording of the conversation held between me and them.

You are requested to look in to the matter and please let me inform what is to be done by me in future and why i should not complain against your company and that guy to the police?.
