[Resolved]  CAR LOAN — not received RC BOOK

Dear Sir,


I have taken a Maruti Omni car (No: WB-58 B7572) from M/s. R.P. Enterprises, 37/B, Latafath Hossain Lane (Beliaghata), Kolkata – 700 085 on hire purchase basis, for which ICICI bank car loan division ( vide loan a/c no. LUCAL [protected] ) had financed me. Though I am paying monthly installment on regular basis, I have not got the R.C. Book from R.P. Enterprises till date. Because of this I am not able to use this car because of Police harassment. I have tried several times to contact your customer care department to complain regarding this, but in vain.

Consequently, I have stopped paying this month’s installment out of frustration. Today your customer care personnel had advised me to issue one letter to you regarding this matter and he would reply me within 24 hrs. after receiving this letter. I shall make payment this month’s installment also in cash after getting satisfactory reply from you. I would request you to use your influence on R.P. Enterprises and ask them to deliver me the required R.C. Book immediately.
