[Resolved]  Card Protection Plan (Cpp) India — Money is not refunded after cancellation

Hi Sir,

I am Ashish Joshi. I have a complaint against Card Protection Plan (CPP) India.
My Card protection plan Membership no is : IA0191619.

The CPP group operates in the people-critical assistance during they lost their credit card. They have explained many features on there website as well as when we get a call from their customer service but only one block card features is working.

I have cancel my Card Protection Plan India Membership in Feb 2011 but till now my money is not refunded. Amount of member ship is 1945/- only.I am doing continues followup with Card Protection Plan team member but till now no response from Card Protection Plan team member because of this delay i already paid late payment charges penalty of 1500/- to credit card.all unprofessional executive available in CPP all are useless top to bottom level all are same.They know how to cheat the people. Every day same answers are coming from cpp
Answers are .....
"please wait for seven working day it will direct credit to your Credit card "
"I will call u tomorrow & update the status"

My membership number is IA0416465

I think the contact center who is responsible or outsourced is not doing their best. I went through a similar situation, the support specialists does not keep up their promise. I asked them to go through the audio recordings and call me back, and no one called me even after repeated request to get my refund and finally they offered me 50% refund because it is more than 30 days which left me with no choice and forced to keep the membership. But I'm not going to renew it the next year.

I got the welcome kit after 3 months of registration and one of the support agent told the welcome kit is of no use - then why do they send it to the customer??

Pathetic and hopeless customer service given to the customers. I seriously doubt if they have a recording system in place as it is mentioned in the welcome kit.

I'm crossing my fingers and praying to the almighty that my cards should not be lost, or else we cannot say how the support will react and make me run around to get the claim done.


The product is good but the customer support lacks the professionalism that the product offers. Please go through the terms and condition before you purchase this product. It is available in the FAQ section if you have not received the welcome kit. The kit contains - registration form, reminder stickers - customer support phone number, key fobs with customer support number.
