I am rohit kumar i am member of card protection plan. my member id is IAD208436 .now i do not want membership again .but company call every day to do cpp insurance forcefully and misbehave with me everytime, try to cpp insurance again please resolve this issue immediately

      Hi All

      I am member of Card Protection Plan and my Membership ID is IA1417212 .

      I took this plan in Dec 2015 and these guys without confirming with me they renewed it again in Dec 2016.I continued with it.

      Unfortunately i had Fraud Transaction in feb 2017 on my Kotak Credit Card which was around 9:00 PM

      I called them to deactivate the card soon and raised a request. Despite i called them post 20 minutes also they did not bother to block my Card.

      I called the Bank myself and Blocked the Card.

      The Customer care people working are worst and they are just Hired without nothing as everytime i call each person gives different Process for my Fraud Transaction Claiming.

      After 30+ Calls over several day i got to know the Documents needs to submit for Claiming my Fraud Transaction amount. I got it prepared and sent them a soft copy to [protected]@cppindia.com and also posted them the Hard Copy.

      Trust me i sent them the soft copy more than 40 times and whenever i call they say did not received please resent.

      I tracked my Hardcopy which reached them within 3 days as i got confirmation via SMS. But after 25 Days they confirmed they reeived my Documents. Now they told they will process which was around 1st week of april.

      Now i called them after 2 weeks and they say my process is pending and as my ID proof is missing (they never told me to submit this in checklist).

      Literally i sent them more than 100 Times for over 2 Months till June 8th and they never received it. whenever i call they say please resent and wait for 48 Hours.

      It is first company which does not work under Manager. Whenever i ask for Manager they say, they do not have manager.

      After 100 of emails i sent them from my another email and they received it after 1 week. They told it will take 28 Days. Called them multiples times and they say Please wait.

      Surprising i got a call from them stating the Claim is approved and money will be transferred in 7 Days.

      After every 7 days i call they say they have raised request and please wait for 7 more days. I called them for every 8 Days and same situation. When i recently called on July 6th, now they say now the claim is still in Process(WHAT a Liar).

      I was on call with completely worst inexperienced guy called AMIT for more than 2 Hours and he rudely told me he cannot do anything. I asked him to send me email written and anything he just tells they are authorized to do. When i asked for manager he is again telling same story as no Manager, then who the hell is managing these guys.

      Iam fed up and wanted help to Sue this company and raise Complaint with Consumer Court.

      My issue was never resolved and I never got insurance money from CPP. Biggest cheaters in India who loot people. I have filed a complaint already with consumer forum. See you guys in court

        Hello,

        My membership number is ia1000672

        I have renewed the membership in january 2017 but have not received renewal kit or confirmation mail till date. I have called the customer support number atleast 5-6 times requesting for renewal kit & the antivirus link. Every time they have said they are sending the link over the mail just after the call & the kit within next 7-10 days. They are not aware why the last time didnot reach me. This continued every time i called them & now almost 6 months have passed by.
        Now i am fed up - even wrote a mail to (Cppindia. [protected]@cpp.co. Uk) on 21st may 2017 and not surprisingly i didnot receive any reply. If they are not able to help at least they should have the basic courtesy to confirm the receipt of the mail. Some of my known people are also using your service but this was eye opening for them too. We know doubt what service you will actually provide when we need the card assistance.
        So, till the time we are using your service i. E. Next 7 months we wish to get a proper service. So, please send me renewal kit, confirmation mail of my renewal, antivirus link asap.
        I doubt whether they have renewed me or just charged the amount from my account.

          On Dec 2016 a call has been received to my friend saying a call from a bank and asked that 1999 to be paid for the card else card will be cancelled. Since a instruction from SBI Bank that only 499 will be taken for the card.

          My friend has said to the person in tamil that only 499 needs to be paid why you are asking for 1999. Inspite of that they spoke in english and made the registration.

          After 10 days she got the cpp package and i called them to cancel the plan, they said it is done but got reflected in the cc bill. Please help to solve these people are cheating us.

          No they are saying that the policy has been crossed 1 month so only 50% can be returned.

          They donot have the acceptance audio. in 1 month i have complained twice but they have not taken this in to account.

          These people are real thief.

            Hi Sir,

            I am Ashish Joshi. I have a complaint against Card Protection Plan (CPP) India.
            My Card protection plan Membership no is : IA0191619.

            The CPP group operates in the people-critical assistance during they lost their credit card. They have explained many features on there website as well as when we get a call from their customer service but only one block card features is working.

            I have cancel my Card Protection Plan India Membership in Feb 2011 but till now my money is not refunded. Amount of member ship is 1945/- only.I am doing continues followup with Card Protection Plan team member but till now no response from Card Protection Plan team member because of this delay i already paid late payment charges penalty of 1500/- to credit card.all unprofessional executive available in CPP all are useless top to bottom level all are same.They know how to cheat the people. Every day same answers are coming from cpp

            My membership number is IA0416465

            I think the contact center who is responsible or outsourced is not doing their best. I went through a similar situation, the support specialists does not keep up their promise. I asked them to go through the audio recordings and call me back, and no one called me even after repeated request to get my refund and finally they offered me 50% refund because it is more than 30 days which left me with no choice and forced to keep the membership. But I'm not going to renew it the next year.

            I got the welcome kit after 3 months of registration and one of the support agent told the welcome kit is of no use - then why do they send it to the customer??

            Pathetic and hopeless customer service given to the customers. I seriously doubt if they have a recording system in place as it is mentioned in the welcome kit.

            I'm crossing my fingers and praying to the almighty that my cards should not be lost, or else we cannot say how the support will react and make me run around to get the claim done.


            The product is good but the customer support lacks the professionalism that the product offers. Please go through the terms and condition before you purchase this product. It is available in the FAQ section if you have not received the welcome kit. The kit contains - registration form, reminder stickers - customer support phone number, key fobs with customer support number.
