[Resolved] Carrier India — Carrier ac india customer care not responding to a complaint | |||
I had requested split ac service on 7th sep 13. Service person came and did the service. Swing motor was working fine till then. After service it is not working. Before he left the place i told him it was working fine before and service person agreed to replace it. Repeatedly followed with them (They kept delaying it) but now they are saying they will replace only with cost of rs 900 and also both the service person & service provider are denying that due to their mistake that swing motor is not working. Service provider name is southern comfort (Authorized carrier ac service provider) I also gave a complaint on this to carrier customer care service. But they are backing service provider and saying that i cannot blame on service since the fault can happen any time and i need to pay the amount for replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||
