My humble request to all the consumers, and i want you all to not go through the pains that i am currently going through: please do not buy 'carrier ac'i would like to draw your kind attention towards the problem faced by us but right from the day of purchase has been suffering its deformities and inefficient working problems due to some internal fault. After several complaints to the customer care, but still the satisfaction was not gained and the respective problem continued. Hereby. We again complained to the carrier customer care, so as per that we compalined (Complain no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] at their centre and they told us that the problem will be surely solved by our technicians. After 1-2 days they send their illskilled technician who was not able to even handle the situation. He even added to the malfunctioning of the machine. Due to unsatisfaction, we again complained to the authorities, and we suffered with the fault machine.


After that once they sent their technician who told ur that this carrier ac plastic is poor or bad qualities by the company due to several faults in this respective model. He even said this problem can not be handled and faults will prevail. Even if by some handy operations he fixed the problem, but after few days the same problem would reoccur.

Even after spending a big amount for buying the air conditioner our satisfaction was not fulfilled and we felt like somewhat cheated and betrayed.
. From the day we purchased the same we here a lot of noise as if a grinder is put on. Also it failed to give the respective cooling. Today also the ac makes a lot of noise and doesn’t give the cooling even after half an hour when its temperature is kept at 17degree. We repent having a ac of this brand and wasted from the same. We trusted the brand as it is very old in the field and changed our old ac and inspite of having a range of latest techno. Brands we choose carrier. We have lost faith now.
I have purchased new carrier ac 1.5 ton split supiriya 5 star from raj electronic several times flapper issue and they repaired and within next day or 10 days, again it will be same problem. No service engineer resolves this problem
I think that no service team understand this problem how to solve this issue. You must be knowing it is summer time and very hot in odisha. Our family members are not having proper sleep for almost a week. Saddest part is my kids are unable to concentrate on the exams due to disturbed sleep. I want carrier to take immediate action and provide us a solution for this


Our guarantee period is getting over within couple of months, but still they are not listening to our problem

Its a request that respective action should be taken against carrier airconditioning & refrigeration ltd. They should be ordered to replace the ac or give our money back with interest.

Hope our complaint gets full hearing.

    I have purchased my split ac on march 19th 2016. I had a blower problem while installing that ac. Due to that problem my ac vibrating like anything. Regarding this issue i have created 'n' number service requests/complaits through customer care. As of today its around 45 days crossed.. I never seen this type worst customer service. My request not yet processed and no response. I dont know what hell happening. But at last i getting irritation because i dont know why i purchased this brand.. Because the seller in showroom said "best customer service"..

      Dear sir/madam,


      I am writing this mail in regards to highlight the product ac defect, which was bought on 14thapril2016 and gifted to my parents which turned into a great disappointment.
      I went to india to see my parents and decided to buy an air conditioning from one of the dealer. Dealer did install the ac within 2 hrs of purchase and the moment we turned it on the cooling was not effective, the same thing was told to dealer and dealer replied back it will take three days to someone to come and check the product. I requested to change the ac and he said it does not work like this and cut my line.
      After two days technician came and told us gas level is not appropriate and we have to pay for the gas installation.
      Another option given was to wait and another company technician will come within 3 days and in that case we are not required to pay to fix the issue.

      Please find the attached receipt of my purchase and looking forward to see expedite action from your end in order to replace my ac since it is a new product and i expect new product to work efficiently from the first moment o[censored]sage.

          I had purchased an carrier company split ac, from godavarikhani, dist: karimnagar, telangana state. Sai krupa electronics, on[protected]. I had request an complaint for installation of ac on[protected] on req no: 91393740. On[protected] companies technician visited my place and installed that ac, but soon after installation ac was found defective as it was not working properly. On asking technician said it could be minor fault or else any transportation damage, so if any part is broken they will change the part. When we asked about this to company even they refused to replace the new ac as they said only for any part they will not change the complete ac. After long discussion i agreed for replacement of part instead of replacement for new ac. But till now there is no response from company. After calling company again and again they send one of their technician for replacement of part in that ac, but he found that is was not the part damaged but something internal and major genuine problem in ac indoor. He said he will again change that part also and went back and reported in company that part is replaced and problem is solved. After an week i. E on 10-06-15 i called company regarding this ac issue, i was shocked to hear the report submitted by the technician, when asked to the technician person he said that it could be by mistake they taken that report. This was the height of patience. When i called companys customer care and asked them how could they do like this, they are just trying to skip out of this matter. I am fed up by calling this company person daily for this issue, but their is no response from company. Kindly take some serious action towards this company and solve my problem.

B [protected] carrier ac estrella plus 3 star 1.5 t wi 25000 payment details rs.25000/-. Exchanged with old 1.5 ton airconditioner lg. The said ac was not used, as i was not well and same days was admitted in hospital, the ac was not cooling properly and giving some kind of noise at night time, therefore, i made complaints with vijay sales and toll free no. 1800..., to the carrier co. On 21.11.14. After few days, one mechanic by name mr. Saddam, visited and on checking the ac found that there was no gas in the ac. After few days two people visited my house at 10.30 pm to pick up my ac which was politely denied by me at night time after 10.30 pm. After that no body has turned up so far, i nhave made maximum complaints with vijay sales and toll free no.[protected] but till today no body has turned up neither attending phones at customer care no. I dont understand, what is the matter, and is this the caarrier co. I request the carrier company to look into the matter, and kindly do the needful urgently.

              I am pankaj punabhai desai purchase a 1.5 ton split air condition through on line by j. B. Marketing service on dated 23/04/2014. After purchasing i called on carrier customer care by complaint no.13240131 on dated 9/5/2014 then after every day i call on this customer care for installation, but from company side no one can come to installed. After 25. Days waiting perioud i installed by other local air conditioner service provider. As per company comitment with in a week company executive came to installed and charge for installation charges. I also agree to pay all kind of installation charges. But company does not fulfill his comitment.
              After 2-3 months again my air conditioner does not work properly and not providing cooling. So, as per under gurantee/waranty perioud i again call to customer care and made a complaint no.13353920 on 01/09/2014 for this but again same problem repeat. No, company service center macanic came and solve my problem and when ever i call on customer care they can not make second complaint they continiousaly follow on previous complaint. But till today i can't got any services from company side and gurantee/waranteey. From carrier company as per company comitment. So, here company fraud with me. I am tired from given complaint so many time and every time they comiting me we are solving your compalaint on priorative basis. But till today no one macanic came to solve any kind of service and reparing.
              So, i made here complaint aginst the carried air conditioning & refrigeration ltd., 1st floor, milestone, drive in road

                Subject ac installed in july 2012 but worked for less than 25 days since my apartment is locked.

                Details:

                On 20th june 2014 i informed carrier customer support on phone no.[protected] of subject problem.

                Since then and after consistent follow ups with your customer support and authorized service center m/s ab enterprises, b-26, sector - 64, noida, 4 teams of engineers / supervisors visited my apartment in last 10 days to find out the reason for water dripping and all the 4 teams concluded that it is due to wrong installation.

                Yesterday on 29th june 2014, my split ac was re-installed but inspite of that water dripping still continues.

                I am an nri and have come to india on my annual vacations with a pre-planned schedule but instead have been spending most of time with your customer support and your service center.

                Needless to say results so far the result has been total failure with no technical competence / support from carrier india. All your so called engineers / supervisors who have visited my apartment are without any technical qualification and training from carrier india.

                I highly regret purchasing carrier ac and having gone through such an unpleasant experience. I would not recommend anyone with your products and services.

                I intend to take up the issue on social network platforms for awareness of general public and approach consumer court simultaneously.

                  Last saturday[protected] i bought novello plus 1.5 ton, split ac from rathna store chennai, but they deliver damage product. I try to reach carrier customer care service but the line is to busy. I hope carrier company is most world leader to deliver high quality products. But we got damage product. We really disappointed.

                    Carrier ac india customer care not responding to a complaint

                    I had requested split ac service on 7th sep 13. Service person came and did the service. Swing motor was working fine till then. After service it is not working. Before he left the place i told him it was working fine before and service person agreed to replace it. Repeatedly followed with them (They kept delaying it) but now they are saying they will replace only with cost of rs 900 and also both the service person & service provider...

                    Sir we purchased one a. C split unit of carrier company from durga enterprises in our city, just after the purchase of the a. C the complained of not cooling starts within 3, 4 months, we complained to the dealer about this he told us that you please contact to the service center of carrier co. We start to complained to the customer care, service center and dealer some times mechanic comes from the service center and said its condenser is not working its's this part is not working it's that part is not working now they are saying that its compressor is defected. Sir the conclusion is that the a. C we purchased was defected and we are suffering from the first day (Now three years) but there is not a single person for taking responsibility for that we register a lot of complaints to the company but no response. Sit its our request to you to please uncover these cheaters who are doing this type of cheating to the helpless peoples of this country. Please help us as soon as possible, we will be really really grateful to you and of your show on cnbc awaz.

                      Your technician visited home and diagnosed the problem as some capillary problem and said he need to open the a/c, then i refused and asked for a replacement since i bought the a/c just 15 days ago i. E on 9th j, 2013 and it is giving this sound right from installation but in his technical report he just mentioned it as noise but with wrote the same complaint what i have mentioned earlier. He must have submitted his technical report. I have forwarded copy of receipts of my purchase to phone number [protected]. This number is given by the service engineer who visited my place.

                      As i mentioned in my earlier email my new window ac is making noise and we are feeling as if we are sleeping in a heavy machine room and we are unable to sleep

                      Now it is more than two weeks since i have made a complaint to your dealer and since one week contacting you

                      When the compressor starts as if some cracker has been fired

                      Carrier windows AC — Carrier windows AC complainant, Customer care not supporting

                      I am Carrier AC customer, but i think this is not to be proud for me due to poor customer service

                      I was Purchased Carrier windows AC and its not cooling my room and Carrier customer care not helping me to solve my problem, and now Carrier AC is not useful in this HOT summer.

The remote of the a/c is damaged. i have complaint at service center many times but there is no response . i submit my complaint in service center at 3-june-2013. my complaint no is - 9194271 . I have been submitted my remote to the service center .But i can not get my remote back till today . please make my problem solve . i shall be very thankful to you.

                          Sir i had carrier window ac which is purchesed about one and half month ago.ac doesn't work properly from when purchesed. We have make a call to carrier customer care at 23 jun. And care make a commitment with me for service with in 48 hours. But don't take action till about service. I want to claim on carrier for inconvence. So please help me. I had make a call to had care about 20-25 times. So take action. Thanku

                          carrier — Not providing service despite several requests

                          I had purchased an Carrier A/C (1.5 t tons) from Reliance mart 11 months back. I logged in a request at Carrier customer care for a service on 15th March 2011. I was promised that the request will be attended in 48 hours.
                          When i did not hear from them, I made a request again on 18th March, this time with a promise that someone woud attend to it in half an hour, but again no one from Carrier turned up. Annoyed with this, when I called up their Customer care number, their representative after would put me on hold for a minute. This wait would continue for 10 mins after which the call would get disconnected. This repeated for atleast 5 times.
                          Finally when I did get to speak to their representative, he informed that the service will be provided by Reliance Mart and they asked me to speak to Reliance thereby issuing a request no.
                          To my utter dismay, Reliance is the worst service provider. They gave me a committment that their person would attend to the problem in another one day's time and gave his contact number.
                          Now, the situation is that I have been frantically trying to reach that fellow who either promises to come (and doesn't turn up) or disconnects our call.
                          When we call Carrier customer care, they have the same repeated answer that they would get the issue resolved at the earliest which they never get done.
                          Tried I also wrote a grievance email to CARRIER which again has not been addressed till date.
                          I have realised that it was the biggest mistake of my life to have bought a carrier product.

                          Is anyone listening out there??

                            I regret to write that my new carrier air conditioner is not working properly since i have bought it. I have logged couple of complaints with the customer care but the problem is still not resolved. Even once the leakage was diagnosed and gas was refilled.

                            But on 24th june 2013 again i logged a complaint with customer care, the engineer visited & told that again gas has leaked.

                            This is really unacceptable. I have paid rs. 23, 500/- for the new air conditioner of a reputed brand - carrier & i can not keep on getting numerous repairs done within 2 months of purchase. There is certainly some manufacturing fault with this unit & i am not going to accept any further repairs.

                            Request you to please get this unit replaced with a new unit at the earliest.

                            Carrier Airconditioner — Supplied a defective piece

                            I have purchased a Carrier 1.5 T AC and they have sent a damaged piece. This was noticed when installation technician came for install. We have contacted reliance digital for replacement and the response has been so bad. RD says they have register with carrier cell for replacement. By the time the approval came they do not have other piece to replace. RD says they can deliver a new piece after 3 days and not ready to refund the money. I am fed up with this store and will never anything from here in my life time.

                            carrier — Faulty Air conditioner

                            I have purchased 1 ton window Ac model- Estrella on 4 Mar 2011 from OK televisions Thane. 09 Mar 2011 person came from Carrier for Demo. The gentleman informed that the grill is defective and took the grill back. He informed that grill will replaced soon.Today is 22March 11 days are over and we are still to receive grill back. Every time I call I am informed that it will be done in 2 days.
                            Kindly let me know what legal action I can take. Please guide.

                              I purchased split ac of carrier kurve model 1.5 ton from anil radio house agra amounting 38, 500 on 7th april2013. On the day of installation they sent mr parvez, he took nearly 5 hours in installation & spoiled one my stablizer costing 5000 rs, despite
                              That he could not make ac functional, he than filled gas in new brand ac
                              After just 3-4 days again ac lost its cooling for that i filed complaint to dealer, he than sent a person mr vishal, who after checking ac said this ac has got defected pcb & motor that i will change after getting it from companey, but even after contacting several times no result came out, than i filed a complaint at customer care no with compl no 9188591 on 21 april2013, but result was same nobody bothered to take complaint
                              After wait of nearly 1.5 month they sent two road side mechanics who played with ac full 4.5 hours changed pcb. Motor & destroyed ac too for that i wrote email to companey

                              Yesterday after wait for 1.5 month, they sent two jokers who destroyed remaining parts of ac, took complete training over our new brand carrier kurve ac,
                              Today we are in pool of water inside our room, compressor triping like any thing, giving flow of air as we are in desert of rajasthan
                              No action being taken by anil radio, mr harpreet and ofcourse your management of carrier despite lots of reminders to each one
                              Kindly refund my money as soon as possible, otherwise you will face strict legal action in court of law

                              1]he entered in my bedroom at approx 10 pm after having listening several times till morning that he will be here by 1 pm[is this policy of sending any technician on late night at late night being companey policy?, because he told us he will even install ac after my job be completed]
                              2]now to main issue-
                              Mr usman came here, not to resolve issue, but to give his foolish reasoning here1
                              A]on the issue of water falling inside the room, he just took the photograph of tray n said my tray is intact this water which is falling inside from ac like campty fall in mussoorie is just because of moisture in room, when countered on it 1]when room is packed all over 2]how it became so much evident only after your two technician who took 4 hour training over it, he gave one more surprising, unrealistic, nonexplainable fact, that during installation hole from where ac indoor is connected to outdoor is more patent thats why water is logging inside, when i challanged him that even if you seal it comletely and it was sealed, water will not stop, he said than i dont know
                              B]on the issue of less cooling n tripping, he measured the gas gauge n said it is fluctuating between minus to optimum and inquiring about it, he replied 1]installation which was also being done by his supervision was wrong n we have to reinstall it as outdoor unit has to be on exact distance at 10 feet, nothing more nothing less, when i countered here we are using different brands of split ac in this particular room at this place only for last 10 years and using different split ac for more years, nobody from any companey told us these things ever, he said i not only do the work of carrier but of daikin, o general, hitachi and infact i make assembled ac too (This very fact has shattered me from top to bottom, as this mean carrier companey does not have his own network and i am a victim of fraud)
                              C]overall finally when i asked, now what you will direct to companey, his answer was most rewarding — he will direct companey that all the complaints of customer having are illusion, i have taken photograph of tray that is intact and of gauge at the time of optimum pressure, when cuntered over it i said i will send your complaint to companey, he said i am not the employee of carrier in fact i manufacture my own ac
                              Looking all towards it kindly refund my money at the earliest, otherwise you will have to face serious legal action with lots of compensation too
                              Due to these all i have to suffer as my child got aspiration pneumonia, mental blow & have given legal notice to companey & all associates
                              Kindly do help me in spreading ill effects of buying any carrier product

                                Complaint regarding carrier ac - window estrella was registered on 31st may[protected] at [protected] that same has stopped cooling hence same is not working properly, after being assured that complaint will be settled in 48 working at max complaint was registered. As no response received from service center i again contacted the customer support on 1st june as non working of ac was creating problem to my family i got same reply from customer support. When contacted on 4 th june as still no response was received the customer support made frivolous statement further 5 times call was hung up by the customer support employees. On 8th june i again tried to contact customer support to my dismay the statement were made with no ground work at back end. As till date carrier customer support is worst that i have experienced.

                                This ac was purchased by me on 7th april 13.

                                As consumer i am upset with my decision of purchasing carrier ac.

                                carrier — Pathetic Product

                                I have purchased the Carrier 1 tonne AC over LG or Samsung or Bluestar with a view that Carrier is the best. I purchased the product on 25June 2010 and to my utmost surprise, after 2 months of operation ( july august of 2010) the AC is dead. DEAD.

                                People from carrier said that the Motor is dead, what the HELL !! Just 2 months in service and the motor is dead. I am gonna make sure that nobody, I mean nobody who knows me buy a CARRIR AC, and will make sure who even does not know me makes the same mistake. I am a blogger by profession and I am gonna blog hard against Carrier.

                                Thankyou very much for this product.

                                  I have purchased the carrier kurve a/c 1.5 ton 5 days ago. The same has been installed on the same day. But the a/c is not working properly. We are constantly pursuing the same from the place and the service people. But there is no say. Everyday someone comes gives their opinion and goes away without doing the needful.

                                  This is a very bad experience for me.

                                    I had bought a carrier airconditioner in 2010 december and have been facing constant problems since then,

                                    1) poor cooling effect
                                    2) creates moisture in the room
                                    3) ac has stopped functioning 3 times in 2.5 years
                                    4) worst is the extremely poor customer service.

                                    Their call center is dismal and has untrained and lying staff members who do not give you any resolution and treat you poorly.
                                    Officer manish and supervisor iqbal khan are the worst customer service representatives i have ever spoken to.

                                    I advise everyone to never buy a carrier ac unless they want to go through mental torture.

                                    purchased A/C of carrier from startrek electronic in nov 2009 & installed in Dec 2009, after that there was a problem of cooling or we say cooling is not proper, not better than desert cooler

                                    unexpected reply from customer care that Mr Zaveri is on tour you have to wait till his arrival ( this is of 18.08.2010),it is better to lock that center if compnay un able to solve the problem without Zaveri & my problem is from Dec2009. this is my advice not to buy a carrier A/C in future.I had decided to dispose this A/C to Kabadiwala at 50/- per kg .
