I have Purchased a carrier 2 Ton window A.C. Model No.-Estrella Neo, Serial No.[protected] on 22.03.2019. From Beginning A.C is not working properly after several complains to customer care, a service person was sent to our home, after he inspected the A.C he told us that A.C is not working properly because A.C don't have Refrigeration Gas in It so we ask him to fill the gas as the A.C is in warranty Period, he told us that he will come for gas filling on the next day as he don't having gas at that time. now several days have been past and we are continuously complaining to the customer care but nobody has come for the refilling of gas. now we request you to please repair the A.C as soon as possible.

    Dear sir,
    It is to bring to your kind notice that i mr. Nirmalya maitra purchased one 1.5 ton air condition from khosla electronics, uttarpara dated april 15 2019.
    I was convinced while purchasing that the ac has a special feature i. E. Follow me.
    After installing the ac on april 20, 2019 it was noticed that it has no such feature which i was told by the sales executive at time of purchase.
    Within 3 days the matter was reported to the shop but they consoled me by stating that they will be taking the issue to their higher authority.
    Last week of april i had a talk with the area sales manager and i was told that it is problem of the remote and it can be handled easily within couple of days.
    The matter was purposely kept under the carpet and on my continuous pressure the sales executive patched my call with the area sales manager.
    I have been chasing them since one month but their sales manager have informed me yesterday that the company has no such feature and it was a printing mistake that company has printed such a special feature for the product’s promotion in the catalogue.
    Sir, i feel really cheated and forged at this moment as i paid nearly 3000 inr extra compare to other product (Ac) just because of this mouthwatering feature and they convinced me for one product and sold the other.
    Humble request to your kind office to look into the matter and get it resolved as soon as possible and either the product needs to be replaced or else my money to be refunded.

      Very bad experience after i purchase a carrier inverter ac on 10.05.2019. First it was delivered by great eastern trading company after 6 days in gruelling heat of summer in bengal and installation taking a long span of 10 days more but not yet been done. The item is dumped in my room but of no use. I am calling carrier service and great eastern trading company chinsurah khadina more but all give false promises or excuses... It have a bitter experience... No idea what to do next and also suggest others not to go for carrier as service not assured

        Last service was done by the representative of your company in Feb 2019. We use the ac in third week of Apr 19 but I issue came in my both ac I.e., In Window ac : AC compressor starts as we switch on the AC after some delay but the fan starts after taken more delay and immediately stop with in 1-2 second thereafter fan work after taking lot of time in meanwhile compressor work continuously and after some time compressor also stop and fan continuously leave in stop position. 2. In my split AC : After service the cooling gone far away and in 18 deg the Colling of ac is like Colling of 28 deg. Therefore you are requested to register my complaint and give a proper solution of above mentioned complaints at the earliest possible for better relation between company and customer as being a Carrier company it adversely affect yours dignity. Thanks and with a hope that you will find the solution of my complaints and resolve the same on priority basis.

          Hi sir /madam,

          I have raised the case to carrier for ac servicing on 6th april, local service center canceled my request stating that customer mobile phone was not reachable. Again i have raised another case on 8th april 2019 case id#[protected], field engineer contacted us on 9th april and he confirmed that, he is near to my place and attending another customer post completion of present customer he will visit to my home. However later we never receive any call from field engineer or service center about ac servicing. Today we have received message from carrier stating that customer canceled the servicing request. We never informed to field engineer or service center or customer care center about cancelation of service. I don’t know why this service center or field engineers are ling and canceling the customer requests without servicing. If they have high volume of cases, they can inform to customer about the situation and post pone the visit. They should not canceled the service.
          I have raised case to carrier on 16th april 2019 case id#[protected] &[protected]Duplicate). Still now i didn’t get any update from service center /customer care.
          Could you please provide the service asap.

              Hello team,

              Recently on 11th mar, i bought a ac from vijay sales (Panvel branch) with following details

              Item name:carrier ac durafresh (3 star, 2tn spl)

              Scode: pnv013

              Serial no: scai24i17500563

              My registered mobile number is [protected] and the name on whom the product is being bought is mrs. Sudhira jha (My mother).

              This product got delivered to my place yesterday and the technician visited for its installation today on 13th mar.

              However, upon opening the packaging, the product was found to be defective with main power supply wire being corroded and panel board inside was missing too.

              Its my sincere request (Read complaint) to your team to replace this piece with a new one immediately

              I have already registered this complaint with your customer care team with complaint reference number m1903e130191.

              Please mark this issue a highly critical one as i do not want an experience which tarnishes the brand image of a reputed company like vijay sales.

              Kindly proceed with further action.

                Dear sir, i "deepak sharma" mobile no [protected], email id - [protected]@gmail.com, on date d 16-10.2018 i have purchased 1.5 ton windows carrier ac from aditya vision ltd, bailey road, income tax, patna. I called for installation in aditya vision on 18.02.19. From dated 16.10.2018 to till date i have not installed due to winter season. The installation team when open the cartoon they found that the fan & compressor not working due to defective product.
                Kindly replace it with same as soon as possible. The details is in attached photos.
                The company installer name " pintu kumar sharma, mobile no [protected] first opened the product & found defective. On next day, another second visit for verification of defective product from carrier company having contact no [protected] also found the same problem.

                Ac is not working minimum level of its actual working
                I request for installation I also checked with service man he confirmed that he will so it today, in the evening I kept calling for 1hour he didn't took my call. If this kind service they are providing at the time of installation then what can we expect for regular service.

                I recommend not to buy Carrier AC the service is very worst.

                  I had purchased ac fromthe month of carrier media in month of feb and april 2017 and till date i am liviing with defective unit and carrier media is not providing solution and coming with allegation that units are not properly installed and giving silly excuses. Instead of providing proper solution they are trying to put cost on me even i have taken amc, i had sent various communication to mr krishan sachdev managing director of carrier media but no proper solution.
                  There will again damage in the rooms and cost involved for dismental and installation on civil work and paint and they are trying to put everything on me, within span of one year i have been mentally harrased,

The builder has already designed and provided provision for installation of split ac 's in the complete society so according to me the installation has nothing to do with cooling and leakage, most of the flats where i have seen the ac's are installed in same direction and level and providing perfect cooling,

                  I am writing to you in the reference of the 2 split air conditioner purchased for my house (1 superia split 1.5 ton and other one 1.5 ton cyclo jet). Both the ac's were installed by professional engineer from carrier media ltd and jeeves (Support of flipkart), i am very much disappointed with the service provided till now so far which is completely creating negative image of such a good brand,

                  The people representing carrier media on field seems there is lack of professionalism, i have got both the ac's installed but till now none of the ac's are cooling the room,

                  1) carrier split superia 1.5 ton installed in the mid of april 2017 and we tried to operate the same on 8th may 2017 but the same was not working and another issue is that the outdoor unit is not installed properly and can result to life hazard which is risky, the unit was installed by the professional representing carrier media ltd ghaziabad, this is long pending issue, the visit to resolve this issue was completed on 13th may 2017 and mr imran coordinated with me from greater noida and assured me that he will get the issue resolved and fixed by 14th may 2017 latest by 6 p. M. When i tried to contact him for resolution it was surprising for me to know that carrier is still awaiting for management approval to resolve the issue, if such high level issue is attended in this manner than i am surprised that how normal issues are attended, i went ahead to buy carrier ac because of its reputation and quality but some where it seems it has been wrong choice, without using the ac it is not operative than i would request to pick the same from house as i have not paid my hard earned money for defected product, request you to initiate the refund on the invoice value,

                  2) carrier ester cyclojet split ac 1.5 ton, the same was installed in last week of april but the ac is not cooling properly as expected and seems that again going with carrier has been wrong choice. The ac was installed by jeeves (Flipkart channel partner) and they are also expert in installation. But the engineer visited from carrier media on 13th may 2017 conveyed that installation is not proper and copper tube is bended due to this cooling is not proper,

                  I need to understand that i have not used this for a single and defects have started coming, is this a quality issue or duplicate product which has been sent to me,

                  Request your immediate intervention on this and change the unit at earliest or initiate the invoice value in my account,

                  I would like to inform you that i had purchased split air conditioner 1.5 ton superia from shop clues in the month of feb, the same was installed by an unprofessional and fake technician of carrier in april 2017 at my address b-6, 801 cherry county noida extension. The product was not checked by the technician after installation but wehn we stayed in our house yesterday we found 2 things 1) the outdoor unit is not installed properly and it can fall down at any time which can cause injury or life risk and second issue is that the air conditioner is not at all cooling the room, it is strange that how come new ac should have this problem,

                  I would request respectable md to intervene in this.

                  1) the charges which were paid that was extremely on higher side.
                  2) the initial job was performed by unprofessional person who did not knew the work how to get it completed.
                  3) the unprofessional technician has broken the beam of the flat although there was provision of hole in advance for ac
                  4) there was dent on the outdoor unit
                  5) stablizer pending for installation with ac which has been mentioned on the receipt of service request invoice.

                    I purchased carrier split ac 1.5.in the month of june 30, 2018. After one month, i realized that ac is not performing as per ac standard.ac is not giving cooling on putting temperature 26 n on wards. It is proved by their technician. He suggested to put on 24 but cooling effect will feel after 15-20 minutes. That also proved by their technicians.ac temperature will not go below 22 temperature, if we put ac on 17. That also proved by their technician putting ac on 17 temp. For an hour.co. Is not agreed ac is not performing as per standard. My complaints: cooling effect below 22 temperature. No cooling effect on 26 to 30. Takes too much time for cooling putting ac on 24.

                    with reference to my complaint regarding low cooling effect n reply given by carriermidea saying that as per standard it is O K . I am asking at the time of selling AC why they promote cooling n not their standard. my complaint is proved by their technicians.

                      Due to bad compressor of the refrigerator its got burned and whole fridge got damaged and fired. because of that my whole furniture from kitchen got burned which is costing 5 lacs rupees. We were out that time so no life was in danger. I need 5 lacs rupees from company to recover my loss. Fire brigade also claimed that the fire was happened due to compressor of the fridge also police complaint also been logged. Please do the needful to retain the reputation of the company.

                          Hi,
                          I purchased ac of your company (Carrier media pvt. Limited) supplied by pinky radios (H. O - 369 sector 35b chandigarh) during the coolest fest conducted at chandigarh by your company.
                          I purchased this ac on 24 april 2017. After 2 months of purchase, the ac stopped the cooling function due to some leakage in the machinery as reported by the engineer at service in his service report.in the same service report, i requested to the company to replace my ac as the problem incurred with in 2 months of purchase which is not a usual scenario when we buy appliances from reputed companies like cmi. After issuing a complaint none of your representative responded to our query but they temporary resolved our issue.
                          Now (15/6/2018), i am facing the same issue with in 1 year from the previous complaint date. I contacted for assistance through toll free number and requested to resolve the matter. None of your representative took care of my matter and later asked to wait for 2 hours for the reply. I waited for the whole day and called back on customer care so that i can talk to some senior representative to resolve my matter but the call was never transferred the senior representative. Later on complaint was registered and i was told that the senior member will call later. We have not received any call till date and the matter is still unresolved.
                          Today (16/6/2018) the engineer reached out to us and told us there some gas leakage and the gas needs to refilled. As mentioned before the same issue took place a year ago. I think this is happening continuously due to leakage in the ac.
                          For me the best solution to my problem will be to replace my ac. Looking forward for a permanent solution to my problem as it is not convenient for me or any customer to pay for leakage every summer season.

                          I sumedha sachan from kanpur suggest to all citizen of india that never purchase the carrier ac product.
                          No service is there and product is very bad.

                          I have purchased window ac product 15/5/2017 and after 1 year leakage of gas problem found as every one knows that how many days the ac is used. Invoice no. Miss/800.

                              It is unfortunate that I am using CARIER air conditioner in my hoiuse. Recently I have been transferred to Secunderabad and requested a service of installation in my house. With a great difficulty the technicial came and attended the installation work. He charged abnormally Rs.6815/- for installation and spares which is normally used for installation and not done any repair/service to my AC. He has not shown any price list. Further he demanded additional amount for his service apart bill amount. He has not removed the wastage arised due to installation. The said wastage was removed and cleaned by me. It is very unfortunate having carrier ac. Poor service and costly service.

                                I had bought a 2 ton carrier window ac on august 2016 ie. 1 year 8 months back. I was under impression that it was a reputed brand.

                                However, on 18/4/2018 when we checked the ac for summers, we found that the cooling was not there. A complaint was lodged on 20/4/2018 regarding no cooling with your call centre. The service centre person came after 2 days. He inspected the ac and advised us of gas leak from the joints (Tanka) of the cooling coil. He took the ac and returned it after 1 day. I was charged rs.2, 650/- for servicing and filling of gas.

                                However, 2 days later the cooling stopped again. A complaint was lodged again. This time the service personal did not come till i complained another 2-3 times. This time again they took the ac for gas filling. The following day they told me that the cooling coil needs to be replaced. And that i need to pay rs. 4, 200/- for it.
                                I told them that the life of cooling coil cannot be 1 year and 8 months and that this is a manufacturing defect. And they should not charge me for this.

                                Yesterday, on 1st may 2018, i spoke to mr sanjay shukla, area manager, carrier. He agreed that the coil should not get bad so soon, but told me that it was out of warranty period. He said he will try to get the coil replaced by the company at no cost to me if possible. He promised to call me. But he never, did call me after that.

                                Later on the same day i spoke to one mr kulbhushan (Midea) regarding the same issue. He promised me that he will try to give some discount on the cooling coil and that he will call me the next day on 2nd may 2018. He too never called back.

                                My question is that i have 5 window ac’s in my house. Out of which fujitsu general ac is at my house for last 15 years. I have never had any gas leak or cooling coil problem with it. If carrier ac is having a cooling coil problem in less than 2 years, then that means that the product is
                                1- either substandard or
                                2- having some manufacturing defect which has gone unnoticed.

                                I am sure that the carrier is a brand company of good reputation.
                                My request to the carrier company is that the cooling coil be replaced at no cost to me.

                                  I am facing the issue with my Carrier window AC Estrella plus just after its purchase of 6 months. It stopped cooling and everytime its Gas gets ejected and Ice always gets deposited to its internal body.
                                  I complained about the product last year to the Customer care and even to its MD several times, but no concrete action has been taken by the Carrier company, their executive told me to bring the AC to the service center and it will be alright after the service. I insisted them that its a manufacturing defect, and it needs to be change, since after its few month's usage the cooling issue comes, but they keep on insisting me that the issue will get resolved after its service/repairing, and we can't change the product.

                                  They repaired the AC, and soon after its 1 week, they ice again gets deposited. I called there customer care and they again refilled the gas., and then the season gets over.
                                  Now, this year, when I started using AC, then again gas gets ejected and ice gets deposited.
                                  Last year also I faced the same issue thrice in one year, but nothing concrete has been done from Carrier company side. I am tired of this product now, and I can't spend Rs 3000 every-time on its service (every year) on a product of Rs 28000.
                                  I want to get this product replaced, and need compensation amount for the delivery of defective product and all the harassment done to me in terms of wastage of time and money.

                                      We have purchased carrier superia ac in oct 2017. Few days it worked properly, but now there is no proper cooling. Comprassor is not cutting off at 29 degree also. They have damaged out door unit when they took at their service center for more investigation. We want refund or replacement. And all the damaged cost they did at out balcony. They have already installed same machine 2 times different places. Now they are again asking to shift at other place in th same balcony.

                                        I have purchased 1 no 24k superia split ac 3 star on 23rd feb 2018 from rico electronic & appliances 2/46 g. T. Road asansol. Reco sent some unskilled labour for installation. Due to their inexperience in this field, they installed ac faulty. They have made a sharp bend in copper pipe. This will result a long term effect on cooling. No earthing has made, which may lead to a severe damage of the machine. A small outlet pipe has left in front of window. Hole in the external wall has not closed. This type of sales agency are making a bad impression of the manufacturer.
