Please find the attached received prdouct and the promised product below , both have drastic differences between them making it difficult for us to accept the product.

My Product id is [protected] an the amout is 1099

I want the refund or the new product as the attached received cover is of very inferior quality corresponding to the amount and also the below cover which I have seen on the net before purchasing seems to be of qood quality.

Also the person who called me on Wednesday , 08th Aug evening has not assisted me properly and was brash and malicious.

Am looking forward for a favorable response and the action to be taken asap against the same.
