I orders dell inspiron 3542 linux laptop from the amazon site. but when i opened the dispatched courier there was the laptop of some other operating system which i failed to understand. now they refused to refund my money. as i am school passed out student. my college is going to start from 3rd of july. today i have to board my train at any cost. how can i attend my computer class without laptop. i am soo worried about all this. basic details are as followed.
