[Resolved]  Castrol Bike Zone — cheating

I have given my unicorn bike for servicing in castrol bike zone, arcot road, porur branch. They had promised me for servicing all my complaints but dey have not done any major work and still my complaints remains the same and they have charged 818 rs for this service. Now they are telling that nothin has been written in job card so dey didnt do the complaints and defending that its my mistake to not give in job card.

Whose responsibility is to write my complaints in job card and how do i know this process I can just say my complaints its there job to recover the problems. My mistake is that i have believed the castrol bike zone. Very Bad experience with the offical who had handled this issue. He has not given any respect to me and insulted that its after all 800 rs worth job we are doing 12k jobs itself and they meant that Im not big customer for them. Is this way you people will treat the customers. Complete cheating by the Castrol bike zone. Im going to sue the porur branch in consumer complaints. I need a immediate reply from higher officials to take a look on this issue seriously to avoid further consequences.

Please dont go for Castrol bike zonee they wont respect the customers and all they need is money in some way. They are not giving importance customer satisfaction. They have spoiled my new bike. I kindly you to not opt and get cheated by the castrol bike zone.
