[Resolved]  Castrol Bike Zone — Fraud with customer

I have two bikes one Hero Honda Splendor & other is Honda Shine. Few weeks back my both bikes got problem my Splendor Bike Start picking Engine Oil. I take My Bike to Castrol Bike zone they told me that the full engine need to be done. I said OK do it, For that they charged me approx. 8000 Rs. But after two weeks of service my bike’s engine starts leaking. I again go to the Castrol bike zone they told me some seal may be damaged they again charged me 50 Rs. But now it is three to four days since than I am again facing that leakage problem.

As I discuss above I have another bike Honda Shine. I was also facing a problem in this bike my bike was not taking pickup. I take it to same Castrol Bike zone where they told me that my bike’s clutch plates need to be changed, I said OK change it & also told them to do there Gold service. For this they charged me the whole 1944.00 with reference to their Invoice No. CA-287, Job card number 287. But after 3 Days of service I was again facing same problem with my bike & my bike stops during my office run I rush to a local mechanic he told me that my clutch plates are over tight & also suggest me to get it checked with the service center again so next day I again rush to Castrol Bike zone in my working day they checked it, it was so serious that my clutch another part called clutch center got damaged due to it they changed it & try to charged me 450 Rs. for it but I refuge to any further money, They Accept it. But now it’s been two week since than I am again start facing that problem again.

MY strong submission is to take a strong action against them so that they can’t cheat any customer again & also demanded a compensation for my long suffering.
