The Nagawara center is really terrible. I was always giving it at Banasawadi. Since the Nagawara one was closer I gave there this time and they didnt fix a single issue I told them while giving the bike. The gears are tight, indicators have issues, had asked them to change it but they said the indicator spares were not available & gears will become normal after driving for a couple of days...the usual excuses. At delivery they never asked to to take a test ride first (which is required as per rules of castrol). Within 3 days while driving with a pillion, the bike lost all torque above 1st gear. I drove back single, left the bike for another day. They fixed the issue. 3 months later bike got punctured. Went to a local puncture shop to fix it when they tell me that the tube is duplicate...and some re-fixing of the valve was already done and because of that the tube cannot be fixed. Had to purchase a new tube. Wonder what else these guys have changed in my bike!!! Some centers are excellent, but beware of this particular one.

Castrol Bike Zone — Poor Service
Hi,I had serviced my bike Bajaj Discover 125cc from your workshop at Plot no-11, Sec No-27 A, Shop 3,Nigdi, Pradhikaran on[protected], invoice no./10-11780.
I had given bike for GOLD servicing on[protected] which took whole one day and I got my bike on[protected].
Coming to problems the original problem with acceleration still exits, bike was not wax polished (as per GOLD servicing it should have been done),before servicing my bike use to start in just one kick,but after servicing it takes 5 to 7 kicks. Chain cover came off.
I am very disappointed with your servicing and make sure that my friends and family never give their bikes for servicing at your service station.
Please improve your actual servicing instead of just showing off.
