Hello sir,
I am Manavalan, studying in R.M.K Engineering College through anna university counselling,
I applied for indian bank education laon in 5 months before, but they extende the time for three months,
so we get application back again, and then we tried for SBI, it is still worse, they not at all respond for them, they did n't given any application also, so again we try for the INDIAN BANK for the loan,
I paid 98000 Rs. for first year, now they asking second year fees to be paid within MAY 5, 2009.
college told. For first year we baroowed the money from relatives, but they are asking now,
so please I want help me sir, I want the money as loan for 192000, as quick as possible. My course total expense fees is 380000. so please help me sir as quick as possible.

I'm a student at NIFT (New Delhi) and my performance have been excellent (NIFT AIR 8 in 2008, 94% in 10th, 83% in th, SGPA 7.65 in 1st sem.)went to Allahabad Bank (Silao, Nalanda(Bihar) for an education loan but they make petty excuses likemy village doesn't come under their service area or they don't provide education loans or just becoz I don't have account in that bank.However they have been providing loans to students studying in NIIT & all rubbish institute just becoz they give bribe or they have contacts with the employer or manager of that bank.
Plz look into the matter and help me as I urgently need loan.I hope I'll be helped.

Though I do not like to complain.. yet I feel It has become necessary to inform the appropriate authority about the bad management by the school. My son reads in unit8 DAV public school in Bhubaneswar. It is very unfortunate to say that the standard the school has been very much degraded. Even the smallest schools with no names are better in taking care of the students. Now the School is facing trials in court. The teachers in the school refuse to teach and say that is the duty of the parents. Yes, parents have the duty but does that mean school should refrain from teaching? In every classes only some examples are taught and students are asked to do the exercises. The teachers never see the copies. They ask that the students exchange copies and make corrections. Hardly once or twice in a year they check the copies and put signatures. Even after that if someone complains about the mistakes, they keep grudge on the students. Irrespective of classes students are beaten and behaved with very harsh words. The teachers do not behave properly. The parent teacher meeting is now stopped and they refused to entertain any complain. Even in higher classes teachers/ principal say that " you go and say your parents that we are not going to teach you properly, whatever thay want to do can do". Because the school has a trustee with people with strong connection, they do not bother about anything. There are lots of other irregularities in the school. If any third party inquiry will be held lots of things will come out. I request the appropriate authority to take strong action and help the children who are our real future.

1. Applicants should use separate form for each certificate. If necessary typed/Photostat application form may be used.

2. Candidate applying for duplicate documents and Migration Certificate upto Examination of 2001 may send application along with fee to the Deputy Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, Todarmal Marg, Ajmer, (Rajasthan). All payments be made in favour of Secretary, CBSE, payable at Ajmer and mode of payment shall be IPO / Bank Draft only. Those applying personally at Ajmer Office may deposit fee in cash also.

3. Triplicate copy or of further copies of qualifying certificates shall not be issued unless the Controller of Examinations is further satisfied by some documentary evidence that the duplicate copy has also been actually lost / destroyed.

4. In case the fee is remitted by crossed Postal Order / Bank Draft, it must be drawn in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education, payable at the concerned Regional Office.

5. Fees prescribed for various certificates are as follows (DOCUMENTS WILL BE RECEIVED AFTER 15 DAYS ( EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS)) :

For duplicate copy of a certificate
Rs.50.00

For a migration Certificate
Rs.50.00

For certificate of Date of Birth
Rs.50.00

For a Provisional Certificate
Rs.50.00

For duplicate copy of Statement of Marks
Rs.50.00


6 If certificate is required after two days (excluding holidays) an urgent fees of Rs.50.00 extra may be remitted. If the certificate is required by post an extra amount of Rs. 20.00 may also be remitted. (Rs. 30/- for outstation candidates)

7 In case the document is not collected by the applicant within three months from the date of depositing the fees, it will be cancelled and the candidate will have to apply afresh in case he needs the same.

8. The certificate will ordinarily be issued after two weeks (excluding holidays) from the date of receipt of the application from and the fee, provided the application form is found complete in all respects.

9. Migration certificate is issued only to those candidates who have passed an examination of the Board or to those who have been placed in compartment in order to enable them to seek admission for a further course of study. The failed candidates should not apply for migration certificate and Provisional Certificate. Please also mention previous year's Roll No. if passed in second chance compartment examination for Provisional Certificate

10. All certificates for Delhi Region will be delivered on the production of receipt issued by the Board between 3 to 5 PM only (excluding holidays). The fee from candidates of Delhi Region for 2003 and onwards examinations can be deposited between 9.15 AM to 1.15 PM on every working day at Syndicate Bank, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, Patparganj, Delhi-110092

cbse 8th & 10th marksheet lost
I have lost my 8th & 10th marksheet. I have passed my 8th in the year 1993 from Tayyabi H.S. School Ujjain (M.P.) & 10th in 1995 from Tayyabi H.S. Ujjain, Ujjain(M.P.). I dont know the procedure of getting them back. I am having all the other documents including passing certificates also. Please help me by telling the procedure of getting my original or duplicate marksheets back as soon as possible. Thank You!

Dear Sir/Madame,
This is a complaint letter stating that St.Britto's Academy, R-3/3, Nethaji Road, (Off.cart track Road)Velachery, Chennai - 600042 have collected a fine of rupees 1000 towards the Transfer Certificate.
The reason they gave is that I've applied for the TC very late and they also said that they are the losers of the school fee of the student and not the student him/her self.
Is there any rule or order by the government that the parent have to pay the fine of Rs.1000 if they collect the TC from the school by the mid of May 2009?
I am very unhappy and I shifted my ward from this school because of some rude responses I got from the teachers in the past 2 or 3 years.
This is one of the worst schools in the world and I am an educated professional who strongly condemn the activities of this school, having their own rules and regulations apart from what the government orders.
Serious actions should be taken by the government and please always keep an eye on this particular group of growing institutions and hope this will not happen to any parents in future.

I have lost my Mark sheets and passing certificates of both X (Secondary School Examination) and XII (Senior Secondary School Examination). I have passed my Secondary School Examination in 2003(Roll No 5206869) and Senior Secondary School Examination in 2005(Roll No.5675560). I had already filed the complaints 3 times to "Secretary CBSE, Ajmer and Allahabad" but till now I have received only the Passing Certificate of Secondary School Examination and Marks Statement of Senior Secondary School Examination. I have filed the complaint three times with the following attachments:
1. Application Form
2. Photocopy of the original lost certificates
3. Photocopy of the FIR
4. Cutting of the press notification
5. Demand Draft for Rs.200 in favour of “Secretary CBSE, Payable at Ajmer”

I have not received the Marks Statement of Secondary School Examination and the Passing Certificate of the Senior School Certificate Examination.
We are taking the follow up on regular basis but till now I have not received any clarification from your side.
I request you to do the needful for the same. I will be thankful to you.
