i bought celkon mobile from Big c Panjagutta,after a week my celkon mobile its not working i have found lot of problems like batt ,sign dropping etc so i want to cont celkon dealer to exchange my mobile phone or i want to tk my money back otherwise iam read to put complaint at cunsumer forum

do me needfull help

i have purchased a C 11 mobile at Big C, mehdipatnam on 23.11.2010 with Bill No.0745363. After one week the keys was not functioning, i was reported to Big C, Mehdipatnam on 01.12.2010 and sent me to Cellcon Service centre at khairatabad. I handed over the phone at Cellkon care on 01.12.2010 and they well me it will take one week time to rectify the problem. I have contacted on 12.10.2010 they said the problem was rectified, on the same day i went to that centre to take my phone and i found that the problem was not rectified, again they told me that it will take another two days time. But till today i have not received any phone call from the Cellkon Care even though after completion of 18 days to rectify a small problem. They are not resonsive and it is the worst service i have ever seen and i want to register a complaint against the Big C Mehdipatnam and Cellkon Care at Khaiaratabad at consumer forum. Murthy

iam shaik sarwar i have taken the mobile of celkon c9 4 months back and i destroy my phone display 2 months back and from 2 months im searching for display and want to change it so i went to servicing centre there i asked for that they told me that celkon c9 displays are not yet out and i asked almost shops but i din't get yet. so, I kindly requesting to celkon customer care please send the display of celkon c9 to servicing centers and delears...
and tell me plz where can i get it repaired as i was staying in hyd.

CELKON MODEL C9 — nobody responding properly

This is to inform you that i have purchsed the above model at Poorvika - Pallavaram on 29th November 2010.

On 14th the display giving problem then i have checked with Poorvika at Pallavaram and they asked me to go to Purasavakkam service centre to repair the same.

I have given my mobile on 18th December 2010 (service bill receipt number is : 8676) and they told contact after 10 days.

I have called several times after 10 days but no body responding properly. That means one person telling after a week another one confirming it will take another 2 weeks time.

I never expect this kind service from you. I at Pallavaram and could not go to directly to that service centre. I need very badly phone.
After seeing this mail kindly check and helping me. If it is late atleast replace the set.

Yes, I do agree with the complaints on big-C. Big-C is proved a Big-Cheater !! I had purchased a mobile Celkon-C99 model in december-10 at Big-C showroom at Dabagardens, Vizag and it became diffective within 15 days.There was no physical damage but the Big-C man & Celkon service fellow says its a display problem. I thought my mobile may be replaced but the Big Cheater at Vizag says he can not replace the mobile.But to my surprise, he said he will replace the display on cost basis. for that also i agreed and kept the set for one week at his custody for repar. But there is no use .It seems the display is not available so easily. Then what is the fate of my mobile? I have purchased it at a cost of Rs.4700/-.The response at Big-C is very poor, and very cool.They dont bother about the customer once their goods is sold out.

I have purchased(Unfortunately!!) a Celkon-make C-99 model mobile instrument from Big-C, showroom at Dabagardens, Visakhapatnam on Dec-18th of 2010. I have hardly used it for less than 10 days and one fine morning it became deffective.It was shoing some thing un recognisable on the screen . I could not make any calls as it is a toch screen type mobile.I have approcahed the Big-C showroom on 4th January and told my problem. They immediately directed me to Celkon service centre. At the Celkon service centre they said the set's display damaged and it is not covered under warranty.I requested them for the replacement of the set as it is covered under warranty and was been purchased only 15 days back, and also it was not my fault.They refused my request and denied the replacement or any exchange with other mobile. I was told that the display was physically damaged and is to be replaced, the display costs around Rs.1350/-. I have handed over my mobile phone on the same day with Big-C and taken receipt for the same . After pusuing the matter over phone with the Big-C management for one week I lost my patience and brought my set back on 13-1-11. Their stand is they will not replace the set, or they will not replace the display free of cost.
I have warned them that I shall goto Consumers forum and lodge the complant against Big-C and Celkon company. They are very cool and not at all bothered .
This is the state of a consumer in this country ?

I agree Big C is Big Cheater. I purchased a C99 from Big C (B Cheaters), Palakollu. They duped me by adding all sorts of extras like downloading at Rs. 139.00 (which I did not want), Screen Guard at Rs. 139.00 (which is only Rs. 50.00 outside) and other things. The actual cost was 4, 999.00 as per news paper but they charged me 4, 500.00. They don't answer my calls because they black listed my number. They answer only of I call from some new number each time and they say the mobile was in silent mode. My screen cracked because of my fault. I asked for a replacement. They said they'll call me. This is the third day. They'll only tell some story. That is Big C! Big Cheaters!

i buy celkon c9 mobile in big-c kukatpally after 5 month battery not given backup i gone to big c there given service centre address siri comm laki-pul i given my cell to service centre there told 1 week to updated software now 3 month as over my cel is not get back ever time there telling one new store problem like your phone motherboard failed it send to company etc ..big-c and celkon both r cheater, pls aware before buying friend my mobile no [protected]

i purchase celkon mobile from Big C, in hubsiguda, hyd vide cash recept no 1174010. this is inform to you that battery backup is not holding as per given your manual. the front glass as broken and in this regards i approached the from were i purchase this cell but there are not having the glass for replacement. i request you to pleas let me know for the replacement of glass. kindly do the needful at the earliest.

Celcon c9 Mobile is waste it is not working proper. Big-C people are cheating the customers. They are saying well and good cellcon Mobiles but lots are problems are there and they are not give proper response for queries. Don't but cellcon mobiles. that to not buy in Big-C.
I had purchased your celkon mobile model no (c9) in nalgonda. I am facing many problems in this mobile and sended this mobile to your servicing center also.but Thay are not supported us till now. in this mobile so many problems and it is not working properly. not response custmare care also I am not satisfied with this mobile so I want to

YES, I DO AGREE WITH THE ALL THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST BIG-C AND CELKON MOBILE (P) LTD.
I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED A CELLKON MOBILE FROM BIG-C AT DILSUKH NAGAR, HYDERABAD VIDE CASH MEMO NO. 0898823 DATED 21.01.2011.BUT, THE NEXT DAY I HAVE OBSERVED THAT THE THE AUTO UPDATION OF TIME AND DATE IS NOT WORKING. IMMEDIATELY. I HAVE APPROACHED THE BIG-C AUTHORITIES. THEY TOLD THAT THE RELEVANT SOFTWARE IS AT PRESENT NOT AVAILABLE. DUE TO MY THROUGH FOLLOW-UP, THEY HAVE TAKEN THE CELL ON 03.03.2011 AND THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE SAME ON 23.03.2011 WITH A LOT OF OTHER PROBELMS i.e., touch problem, NES games problem, blue tooth problem and also switch off problem
I IMMEDIATELY HANDOVER THE CELL ON THE NEXT DAY ITSELF i.e., ON 24.03.2011. AGAIN ON THEY RETURN THE CELL ON 26.03.2011 AND TOLD THAT ALL PROBLEMS RECTIFIE BUT, THE GAMES SOFTWARE IS NOT WORKING. I IMMEDIATELY HANDOVER THE CELL ON 26.03.2011. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CELL. I HAD ALREADY SENT A LEGAL NOTICE TO ALL CONCERNED ON 19.03.2011 WITH ALL DOCUMENTS.

Hi,

I brought a Celkon-867 mobile after 5 months, it stopped working. I gave it to service center nearly about 6 times. every time the same problem. Now the warrenty period is ending up.

I have purchased it for 4500. Response is very very bad either in Big-C or in Service center. Please dont buy celkon mobiles.
