Battery replacement

Sir/madam, I have purchased Celkon mobile model no#. A225 on April 2014 at Univercel Mobiles, Dharmapuri branch, Dharmpauri district, Tamilnadu. After a couple of months, my mobile phone battery serial no. SGW[protected] was getting poor and weak. Replacement of Celkon Mobile

I have given my mobile to celkon service centre for two time as there is a problem they have downloaded software for last two time but my problem was not rectified. No network signal, NO service

We Have Given The Mobile on date January -17-2015 at Naghu Infotech, kakianda service center of Celkon mobiles there is response from the care or from the service center till Today its about 2 Months from the mobile submitted.As the service center says that wait for 1 week it will be replaced from the date of mobile given.please ensure that as mobile get replaced soon. please get the solution....
