        I, V.Chandrasekhararao retired Tahsildar from kakinada bring the following few lines to your notice.I purchesed celkon mobile model No. A 500 and IMEI: [protected]. The mobile got charging problem after 3 months of my puchase. I given the mobile at Nagu infotech kakinada.They returned the mobile to me after 45 days saying that the problem is rectified.Actully the problem is not fully rectified.From then onwards I became frequent visitor to the customer care at kakinada.The incharge of the customercare at kakinada is very head strong and giving improper replies. Again I given the mobile at customer care at kakinada. I don't know how many days they will take to return my mobile after rectification. The problem to my mobile is that after using new charger and cable, the mobile is not getting charged kindly do the needful and do not make me to regret in having purchased the Celkon mobile

          Dear sir, This is a Suryakant from Hyderabad, my mobile handset celkon A112 is having hanging problem and headset's jack is not working so I gave my handset to your Prime tech service center located in Abids on 16/01/2015.so after trying for 2 month, they told that this issue cannot be resolved, and they are not responding properly, area service manager was also not taking any action when brought to his notice. If this issue is not resolved as soon as possible then probably i would like to approach the consumer court. I would really appreciate if you can respond ASAP and do not let me go to consumer court and spoil the customer relationship with your company.             Sir/madam, I have purchased Celkon mobile model no#. A225 on April 2014 at Univercel Mobiles, Dharmapuri branch, Dharmpauri district, Tamilnadu. After a couple of months, my mobile phone battery serial no. SGW[protected] was getting poor and weak. I have told this to their company authorised service centre at my town and as well as to company through email. They had contacted me saying that you will get battery from your service centre. I went to the service centre and they are keep on postponing on various reasons. More than two months, they are cheating me that you will get battery by next week. After that week, again they say the same reason. I have contacted them many times over phone and emails. I got some much frustrated on service centre people and the Celkon company because of their poor quality battery. I submit this as a complaint to get a good and reasonable justice.                 Celkon Campus A35K which I was purchased on[protected]. I have given my mobile to celkon service centre for two time as there is a problem they have downloaded software for last two time but my problem was not rectified. Work order number is CM[protected]. Problems : 1) 3G is not supporting with 3G data plan ( No Sim signal) with first sim slot in WCDMA Mode. Only 2G is working with Both SIM slots and poor signal capturing I am using Idea and Airtel and these Sims are working good in other mobiles. 2) Touch pad not working, not responding freely 3) Automatic touch is not working. Please replace with new mobile or please rectify my above problems I maDe a call to CELKON company person whose mobile no.[protected] about 30 to 40 times regarding my mobile problem. He told me to call area sales manager Mr.Nagendra whose mobile no. [protected]. I called him about 30 to 40 time but he respond me for 3 times. 1st call respond on 19-2-15 he told me that he will provide me a new mobile. 2nd call respond on 21-2-15 he told me to collect the mobile from Arun Cell Care, 1st floor shop No.2, Sri surya laxmi comple, Dondaparthy, Vsp-20. 3rd call respond on 24-2-15 at 01:00pm then he told me to call back after one hour. But from then onwards not lifting my number.

                  Sir/Mam I bought celkon q44 in the month of January.And the power button is not working after One Week of my purchase.As soon as I identified the problem I went to Celkon Authorised Service Center at Benz Circle, VJA.They prolonged it over a Month and finally said its not working.What should i dooo now.Should i file a complaint in the consumer Forum or what...??? Is this fair...??And it is a warranteed for ONE YEAR... Now I request you to send that Power button for q44 and I dnt want to depend on your Service Centers.If you send me that I'll make assemble here with my own money.

                    We Have Given The Mobile on date January -17-2015 at Naghu Infotech, kakianda service center of Celkon mobiles there is response from the care or from the service center till Today its about 2 Months from the mobile submitted.As the service center says that wait for 1 week it will be replaced from the date of mobile given.please ensure that as mobile get replaced soon. please get the solution.

                          My celkon mobile handset model No A119Q (purchased in Feb-2014) at Gajuwaka LOT mobile store, and got the problem with camera in Nov -2014, submitted in Local celkon customer care (MM CELL CARE) on 24 -Nov-2014 (Reciept No-1214) and they send to head office hyderabad for repair. from the last 51 days the handset was still in repair only, whenever i called to hyderanad customer care no ([protected]), they are saying it is in repair and let us call back and explain the status, and they are not at all calling back and not doing the followup. I was facing very problem without mobile handset, iam doing a complaint on celkon service for their bad and irresponsible service towards the customers.                             Dear celkon services...I purchased CT820 model tab in Rajahmundry on[protected].After few months the touch screen is not working properly...the tab is hanging itself...So I gave the tab to the celkon service centre named as SAI INFOTECH..in Rajahmundry on[protected].They told me that they will return the tab within 25 days.But they didnt return till now. I called to celkon customer care many times they didnt responded properly. Even they are not giving status updates of the tab. So, my sincere request is REPLACE THE TAB.

Celkon Tab, Model No. CT 820 Since August’14 it was in service center in Visakhapatnam.Due to transfer in job, self was moved to Mangalore, Karnataka in mid of Nov’14, this is because, the subject tab was returned by the service center without anyrectification. Now, it is in Mangalore authorized service center since16.12.2014 & still not rectified. As warranty terms of the same will be completed on31.01.2015, I would like to request to the company the following – 1. Plsreplace the tab with the new one ( as I’m unable to use the same more than 6months in a year & that too in 1st year) 2. OrRectify the set urgently & postponed the warranty terms accordingly.                                 Hi Celkon Team Today morning i went to celkon service center KR puram which is named as Dhanalakshmi service center, this is very bad to discuss about the incident which is happen with me, his behavior is totally care less, i have celkon A900 mobile, last 8 months on words i am facing battery problem and i requested directly calling to celkon customer care, they open a compliant on September 2014 there is no update till now, and they told me that go to the nearest celkon customer care create request as well from service center side also, So i went to the Dhanalakshmi Service center today morning this what happen 1) His behavior is totally care less. 2) He told me to keep the mobile with him 5 to 15 days for changing the Celkon A900 mic. 3) He don't give any bill or guaranty for the changed part mic, after discussion he is saying will give the bill from dhanalakshmi service center, which is not guaranty nor use full. 4) I asked for the rise request for Celkon A900 battery, he said i will not raise the request which is out of warranty mobiles, if i requested also CELKON team will not send the battery they have very poor service, or else directly call to the CELKON customer care 5) I asked the CELKON customer care number to discuss about the request and he replayed he don't have the CELKON customer care number, , which is he working for CELKON mobiles customer care any of the celkon service centers are not only for CELKON service centers, the are supporting multiple mobile vendors service in same shop

Sir I am so upset about yr responce.I submit my celkon AR50 cell phone to service centre in Varanasi last two month before but phone is not complited since today. What I do. when I contact service centre Mr Siddhant is saying that phone is not ready. I also paid 1300 Rupees for repairing. When phone will ready sir Please informe, I am so much needy. I am a journalist and my work is effected. Please do something for me. I will be very much thankfull to u.
