[Resolved]  Celkon Mobiles — Celkon A88 mobile is not working company people not responding when calling

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Celkon A-88 model mobile phone from Big-C in the month of Aug-2012, since last five days Power on/off switch is not working,

I visited Celkon Authorized service center, located at Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet , Hyderabad, They have informed me that Celkon A-88 model Power switch is separately not available in the market.


Since last few days I was continuously calling to Celkon Company to find solution for my problem where I can get repaired my mobile phone, I have sent 4 request mail’s to them, But they did not give any reply to me I am forwarding all the mail written to Celkon

I did not face such kind of irresponsible company in my life time, I have expand Rs.6600/- purchase above mobile, earlier I have used other company mobile phones, that time I used to get immediate response from the service provider’s

Same thing I have informed by phone, their call center executive asking that I would have to purchase that company mobile instead of Celkon

3. [protected]- Every time getting busy (Only one time lift the phone but did not give any solution)
I am requesting you people to please take immediate action on them, so that they can resolve my problem as soon as early and other people should not be suffer or cheated by them

Since Last several years i am using Samsung mobile but I didn't suffer like this with their (Samsung)call center and their customer care executives, after lacks of trying to your call center , i have succeed to contact your call center person Mr.Rama Krishna By phone([protected])

I have inform my problem , he suggest me that Again i have to visit Service center which is located at Aditya Enclave , Ameerpet , Hyderabad and he asked call him to ([protected])

Since last three days i was trying to contact on ([protected]- every time getting busy,[protected]-switch off,[protected] - Not Lifting ) and i was fail , same thing i have informed Mr.Rama Krishna by comparing with Samsung Call Center

Mr.Rama Krishna questioned me that, i would have to purchase Samsung mobile instead of Celkon

I am requesting you that please give me correct service center address in Hyderabad , where i can get repaire my Celkon mobile A-88 model which power switch is not wotking, For further details please refer my first mail dated:11.12.2012

I have visited celkon service center located at Adtiya Enclave, ameerpet ,Hyderabad
The Service center owner informed that power button will not available separately in the market

I have expensed Rs.6600/- to purchase of above product , If you please suggest the service center name in Hyderabad, where above spare part will available
