Cellone Prepaid Service — Deduction of Execess charges

I am a regular customer of BSNL prepaid mobile No.[protected] and today on 25.10.2009 balance on my mobile is 1262.87 and as per tarriff rates applicable to me within punjab on every mobile and l and line 0.20 paisa per minutes. But i made call on moble NO.[protected] and on [protected], both BSNL number within pujnab. But the company has deduted 0.49 paisa per minutes. It is therefore requested to loadge my complaint to correct the same immediately.

this needs to be corrected and i be refunded the incoming call charged by BSNL Cell One prepaid service.

Cellone Cellular Service Provider — Unable to make call

I am using BSNL Cellone prepaid service. My mobile no is [protected]. I have balance & validity both in this account but since last few days when I try to make call message CHECK OPERATOR SERVICE comes and call gets terminated. Please help or advise what to do..
