Central Bank Of India — Callous attitude of bank employees | |||
Sir/Madam My a/c no. [protected] at Hamirpur branch of Central Bank in Himachal Pradesh.I had applied for ATM Card which I got in Oct 2010 with password which was illegible. I approached authorities at Hamirpur Bank where I was told to apply for new password which I had done on the spot. Now more than one month is over and repeated visits in the bank yield no fruit. I am being told that branch at Hamirpur have forwarded it to higher authorities and they have not received any reply. If this callous attitude of employees is shown to the customers in the netbanking era, I am sure customers are left with no choice but to change the bank where customers are dealt sympathetically. My father name is Vasant Baburao Medhe Employee Code 0030660. He was Retired from Central Bank of India, Kasoda Branch, Dist. Jalgaon, in 2001. & He was expired on 26.06.2011 at Jalgaon. We have not found P.P.O.No.for transfer his Pention to my mother Smt.Sushila Vasant Medhe which is neccessary for Pention. I have submitted the Pention Application in Central Bank of India, Navi Peth Branch, Jalgaon.
