To The Regional manager central bank of india sub:application for conformation To notify you that irresponsible behavior of Branch manager of AZAD nagar branch in connection with clearing the cheque of 3.5 lac from my Citi bank account. I submitted the cheque no “ 59638” on 10 Nov in Aazd Nagar branch. Following are the details of the check which got cleared from my CITI Bank account on 20 Nov. 20/11/2010 INTERCITY CHEQUE NO.59638 PAID AT DEL - TO DAYA,CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA 3,50,000.00 But even after 17 days of transfer funds have not reached to My father’s account. This is insulting situation for us being the that in india Cheque clearing is taking 1 month of time…where as RBI guide lines says it should be with in 5 working days. The behavior of Branch manager was highly disappointing and not customer friendly. He is not able to provide the status of cheque. My father have visited the Bank 5 times in last 10 days and have completely exhausted with the professionally of this bank. We would like to say that we do not want any further business with your bank. I concern you to many problem 1-manager (she) is uncivilized 2-He give not proper satisfaction to the customer 3-he is not supportive . 4-he is not realised her responsibilities 5-he is wasting customer time. 7-they are doing banking job their will 8-some employe have the time but they do not use their time in customer service Can you please address this issue urgently and provide sufficient reasoning for delay.
