respected sir,
my consumer no is [protected] in the name of anamika sonkar and i stay here as a tenant and i have complaint in the concerned dept several times regarding my excess billing through mail and physically also visited their office but it does not make any difference to my billing so i am giving the details of the appliances used in my residence below, please look after it that whether this billing is right or not, and if it is ok as per my usage then i am really sorry for complaining and if it is excess as per the usage so please rectify it.

2 fans (one is used all day and one is used for 6 hrs and sometimes stay unused)
2 tube light (generally used from 6p.m to 12 a.m but only one tube)
2 cfl (one in kitchen and one in toilet)
maximum use of iron is 3 hrs in a month.

This is to bring to your notice that I am yet to get the refund of the security deposit aginst my old meter no 3693782 which has been surrendered long back. I fail to understand that why being a customer I have to follow up with your Organisation when I think its your duty to make the refund to me. I expect you to please let me know about the status about the above mentioned refund by 3 working days.

I am staying on Baguhati Kolkata last 3 years on the rent basis.my owner name is Priyatosh paul, BA23/3 Deshbandhunager Kolkata-700059.Now my complain is I have excess bill pay last 2 and half year.I am complain to your Shyambazer office but he also not solve my problem.Month of agust I am not hear 1-08-11 to 17-08-11 but bill is 1000/- How can it is possible.I have no A.c no cooler no pump but still I am pay excess bill.
Pls do the necessery action otherwise I am go to the counsumer couart or legal action on this mater.
