[Resolved] CESC Ltd — Meter Box is broken
Regarding the Consumer Number: [protected] I lodged a complain 2 weeks ago (appx) at the CESC . I wrote the complain as:
“Meter box jutted out from the wall.
Meter condition is horrible (about to break).
Please come & repair this.
For this complain I got a Docket Number : LT/41/19046
As I was not getting any response from CESC so I lodge the same complain again on 29/06/2009.
I wrote the complain as:
“With reference to the above mentioned complaint number I beg to inform you that no such action has been taken till date from your side.
Meter box & meter condition are horrible. These are about to break. If there is any mishap at my home then no is responsible except CESE.
Expecting your early reply.”
For this complain I got another Docket Number : LT/41/20082.
On 30/06/2009 they called me over phone & assured me that they solve the problem on that day. But again no CESC mechanic came at home.
In these circumstances I can’t call any local mechanic. I have to depend upon CESC Ltd.
At this situation please assist me what do I do?
The necessary formalities may please be made at your end & oblige.
