[Resolved]  Chaitanya Gas Agency -Dombivli — Gas cylinder not provided in time

I face very bad & cheap response from M/s.Chaitanya Gas Agency. Dombivali-East.
Tel No:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy or out of service. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. Now i facing very bad exprince with this agency. I m booking for cylinder on 29-07-10 & after 21 days i not getting cylinder. I already speak with staff 6-7 times, & everytime staff saying tommrow you will be getting cylinder. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all. Now today is 17-08-10 but not getting cylinder. There is not any response and nobody ready talk to us from the distributor, they disconnect the phone line & after that you redial same number it will get busy contious. This comment is very true. Even we are not getting their phone call. Every time we have to go to their shop and tell him about our problem. I am from Thakurli and we want a dealer in Thakurli itselt.

Please look into the matter as all Thakurli people are facing lot of problems with Chaitanya Distributors.

The above mentioned complaint are true, as they don't respond to customers problems and keep the line busy, morover their emergency no is switched off. They don't know how to respect Senior Citizens. We really need an agency in Thakurli as population in Thakurli is more. Chaitany is unable to cater the needs of Thakurli.
ALL THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS ARE TRUE. I BELIEVE THAT CHAITANYA GAS AGENCY HAS TOO MANY CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO CATER THEM. THEIR CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE SPLIT INTO THREE. BHARAT GAS SHOULD TAKE A NOTE OF THIS AS DOMBIVLI IS OVER POPULATED THE GAS AGENCY SHOULD BE GIVEN ON THE NO. OF CUSTOMERS AND NOT AREAWISE.
This is fact but you will get few responds because it is through internet and email, I suggest If anyone takes the initiative for signature campaign then you can see the response which will run into few thousands.
I am serviced by Chaitnya Gas Dombivili. Request an intervention from B G authorities to take a note of the same. It is a herculean task to get your Cylinder Booking as even after 20/25 try you cannot get to their No. If luck prevails and you get their No. the delivery date given is over a weeks time but they never honor their commitment. What is stated is true. The office staff keep the telephone aside. It is evident from the fact that on a holiday, when I checked dialling their telephone, all the four numbers were busy. Only way to get immediate response is to contact Bharatgas at their Ballard Estate office.
yes I totally agree to the complaint regarding chaitanya gas - i booked a cylinder on 7.10.10 and still
there is no response over the phone. Most of the times the phone numbers come busy and when we
get the person on line who responds in such a way as if he is in a sleep.

Really don't now our complaints will give any fruitful results for such an attitude of the agency especially when it is diwali we are not sure when we will get the cylinder.
Even i am facing the same problem with Chaitanya Gas Service...I have booked the gas cylinder 15 days back and till today i did not receive any response from their side.
I have called 25 times. Visited Chaitanya Gas Agency 6-7 times and spoke to the person incharge. All they say is Aaaj ayega Aaaj ayega then they started saying 1 ghante mein ayega then the next day they say half an hour mein ayega but it never comes.
I have shifted to MIDC and coming from MIDC to that agency again and again is very cumbersome.

Even i have to keep aside my important daily activities and work and sit at home and pray for the gas cylinder people to knock my door.This is absolutely ridiculous and i feel frustrated as just next to my bunglow there is a HP gas agency and i see everyday loading and unloading of HP gas and the HP gas people really give a quick and good service unlike Chaitanya gas service.
this agency is really a very big nuisance and totally mis-managed. Consumers are just not bothered by this agency. It is time to report or file a consumer complaint against this agency and made BPCL a party in the case. The staff members are usually using the phone lines for their own private talks whereby the lines are busy for consumers. why cant the TV channels make a sting operation on this agency to find out what the agency is really upto.

This is only complaint portal or seriously any one form BP manegment taking action against " chaitnya gas dombivli " ?
In india no one of the worst agency.
Even i am facing the same problem with Chaitanya Gas Service...I have booked the gas cylinder in Jan'12 and till today i did not receive any response from their side.There is no response over the phone also. I think this agency is selling cylinders in black. Why not file a suit against this agency. Any BPCL exicutive will look into the matter ? Is there any contact no of BPCL consumer complaint cell ?

Bharat Gass is destroying its image by giving agency to chaitanya.
Is some one their to listen our greviences or these complaints will also go in vain.

Chaitanya Gas Agency offers truly disgusting service. The ladies who man the phones and the counters are very rude and regularly make false promises. The delivery men along with the Staff are involved in black marketing of cylinders. I made a booking long back and I haven't received a cylinder yet. When i checked with them, they blurted out that it had already been delivered and then they changed their statement saying it is pending. I am sure the delivery man in cahoots with the staff has black marketed it to somebody else. Everyone has complaints about this Agency and BPCL is doing nothing to make amendments. It is a shame. I also noticed that the phones are off hook and that is why everyone gets the busy tones. Even after pointing that to the lady there, she did not pay attention and the phones were off hook.
