Sir,Myself Rajbir Singh submitted my passport for change of snap in passport at chandigarh passport office,my file no is : D001370,they gave me dispached date 9/9/2010,my police report & all document has been cleared but they are harrasing me,i tried 30 times on phone to call them but their were no respond,i think they are busy in tea,you can see many person outside chandigarh passport office like me,who come every day for their passport but their was no respond,next month i have to applied for USA working visa but i think they willnt allow me to apply for visa,please do something if you can,i request people dont apply passport in chandigarh passport office. i father of sulbha jain had applied for her passport on 10 apr 2007 and till date i have not received any enquiry or other details regarding it. i personally have visited many times at ludhiana's passport enquiry centre but no response is shown by them. i am sending you details of cash receipt that is with me.file no. I had applied for passport approx 2 months back gotPASSPORT FILE ID :- CHD B013674 the date is 8 October
But while checking the status for the same on www.passport.chd.nic.in its showing some error but stil as per ur record showing data police verification was not yet

i have applied for the passport on 10.06.08, i have not received the passport as of now, my passport number is CHDZ12236008, when i checked the status a week ago it said it will be dispatched by 15-12-08 and now when i checked the status it said that "AS PER THIS OFFICE RECORDS, YOU HAD APPLIED FOR AND/ OR OBTAINED PASSPORT EARLIER PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY YOU DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS FACT INYOUR PRESENTPASSPORT APPLICATION AND FURNISH DETAILS OF THE APPLICATION AND THE PASSPORT OBTAINED. ALSO SURRENDER THE OLD PASSPORT IMMEDIATELY" i have never applied for the passport earlier and this is the first time i have applied for the passport, please give me some update on this

dear sir or madam, my name is manjinder singh . my file no . is CHDZ06337907. and my father's name is Bhagwant singh . Sir my i applied my passport application on 04/05/2007. but due to of my minor case so that FIR was against me. but now that case is cleared .and i submitted the original copy of court to passport office on december 2008. but still my application for passpot is pending.I study my application process on internet and they are asking again to submit the copy of court but i already submitted that copy two times

I had applied for my daughter's PCC on 2 Jan 09 at Chandigarh Office.When we visited the chandigarh office on 11 Feb 09 they asked o fill the PP form once again Then I had submitted the PP form again on 20 Feb 09 on the enquiry window. It has been three months since and I still haven't received the passport. We are still waiting for it. When I check the status on the net it shows "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time." Why my daughter's passport has not been dispatched .Plz dispatch her passport.I would like to ask the concerned authority how long I have to wait to get her Passport as our interviews are coming near. And what are the unavoidable circumstances which has stopped my daughter's passport????

I have applied for police clearance certificate ( Ref no - Z[protected] at Chandigarh Passport office. From last month status of the passport showing at website information is not availaible.. I have already mailed so many times for confirming the status of the passport but still no feedback. My father has applied passport for my mother in Dec 2008. But so far they have not received passport. Presently I am out of India, and working in Qatar. I am going back to India in Sep 2009 only. So before that I want my parents to visit here in Qatar which will be only possible when they will get passport.

chandigarh passport office — Passport not issued even after 1 yr of submitting application
This is regarding my passport appln no CHD-Z39172708,There has been no response from Chandigarh passport office either on call or mail.
I feel very much frustrated by the kind of response I am getting from the office. I can't even apply for a new passport from my present location as i have already applied for one.
If at all something is pending on my part why I am not told about that. Its been an year now that i had submitted my application.
Request you to suggest a wayout as it has become very urgent now for me to get a passport.
Here I am losing chances to go to a foreign country from my company just because of the negligence of the passport office.
Please revert. Awaiting response from you side.
