You should not go on the hear say. Each and every word of their email, that you have pasted in this forum is true. Even the authorities who are prompted by the foreign immigration authorities to crackdown on the illegal immigration agents in India, seek their advise on who is who in the immigration industry.

They have a huge client base of more than 80000 from across the world. You can expect a small percentage of customers of all business to be dissatisfied and it is true in their case also. All these complaints are baseless. People who do not follow the instructions of the company are sure going to get rejected one day or the other by the immigration authorities. They even have a dedicated centralized customer care team to weed out the dissatisfaction from these also.

I have worked with them for more than 4 (four years) at various levels and find their working perfectly fine. I left them a couple of years ago. It is one of the oldest and most professionally managed legal immigration company.

Its perfectly fine with them.
