[Resolved]  Chevrolet Aveo - Uva — Gear Malfunction

I have purchased Aveo UVA car in Aug 2007, with three year warranty. From the very beginning the cars reverse gear gets stuck halfway, fifty percent of the time. Despite showing the car many times to the workshop, what they did was some adjustments only and till date the problem exists. This is very very irritating. The workshop people dont find much of a problem- understandably so!
I have even sent the company car reviews of other users stating this problem. But they are ignoring this.
How can I get this problem verified from some competent and independent agency. Else I am left with only last option of going to Consumer Court.
Please advice.
