[Resolved] Chevrolet Beat — Clarification about difference in the paid bill amount and RTO Fees amount Receipts. | |||
Dear Sir, This is to request you that kindly clarify & provide all the detail about the amount that I’d paid during purchasing the car Chevrolet Beat (LS) passing no.GJ-21AH 2384. I’ve measured that there is a big variation in the bill amount of RTO Fees. According to provided receipt of the RTO the payable amount is Rs.26139/- only paid by you on 04th April 2013. But I’d paid the amount Rs.30261/- for the same on 20th March 2013. So here for the difference of Rs.4122/- I want a clear information. If this difference in amount is paid for other needful purpose then I’ve no objection but still I want detail of it with receipt which mentions the liability of the fees. I’ve already consult orally with customer care officer Miss.Jyoti also with General Sales Manager Mr.Ramchander Katar & other Seles Executives Mr. Yatin Gandhi regarding concern problems but they didn’t have tried to resolve it and also not given an appropriate answer regarding it. So I’ve decided to do procedure very seriously for this small matter and I generalized it for other customer if needed. So, I clearly and politely request you to rectify the problem which I’ve mentioned here and provide all the receipt regarding paid money for Chevrolet with detail within 15 days. If still you don’t give the clarification about the paid amount I will take the help of consumer care officer. So please do as soon as possible. Awaiting your early reply in this regard.
