[Resolved] Chevrolet / Beat — Booking Amount | |||
Dear Sir, Few days back I booked a new Chevrolet Beat (Base model) with booking amount of Rs. 2000/- on a company receipt. Due to some reasons I could not mature my bank car loan for now. It will mature after 3-4 months. I ask Mr. Kapil (Mgr. Padam Motors , Patiala) to refund my booking amount for the time, but he refused to do so by saying that this is company rules not to refund the booking amount. As I am planning to buy this after 3-4 months, could it be possible to adjust this amount when I buy this product. Pl clear me that is it a company policy or not. This is my second reminder after 4 days. Till yet I havent receive any reply from your side for my first complaint.
