Dear sir,
I have purchase new Tavera car on 31.12.2010 at K.L.N Motors in Chennai, The 15000 Km services on 21..3.2011, On 29.5.2011 my Tavera car was breakdown in nearest to Pondicherry then Called to K.L..N Motors the services Manager asked to go to Aakash Auto Ltd service in pondicherry. Askash Motors Take over my car to their services center and then they told complaint about car.. The complaint was Rackram Complaint. Still they didn't tell any response about my car..The services manager also didn't give any response about my car services.. They told to me spare parts is not available in services center... Am doing travel business so the car running by monthly payment, Every day Rs 2500 is loss because of services center.. Its a huge loss to me.. I request you to look into the matter and deliver the vehicle to me immediately.
