[Resolved]  Chevrolet Spark — charged for the parts in warranty period

I purchased spark sports model from gopinathji agency on 15th october 2009(registration no. GJ 16 AJ 5228). I give my car for service on 30/9/2010, which was third free service. after checking service engineer found problem in clutch plate he suggest me to replace the same and also says that it was still in warranty period, so for procedure it will take 2 days. but when car completed the service engineer call me that clutch plat are not covered in warranty and it will charged Rs. 2702/- for the same.
