SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED SPARK LS REG. NO RJ14CG9524 IN JUNE 2009. MY CAR HAD SOME PROBLEM REGARDING GLOWING YELLOW INDICATOR AND PICKUP PROBLEM ON 27/08/2012 & I CART MY CAR TO YOUR VKI JAIPUR WORKSHOP.YOUR WORKSOP MACHANIC CHECK WITH ELECTRO METER & TOLD ME YOUR CAR IS OK & I GOT MY CAR FROM WORKSHOP BUT PROBLEM REMAIN SAME. AGAIN I CART MY CAR TO YOUR WORKSHOP ON 28/08/2012.AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE YOUR MACHANIC TOLD ME THAT CENSER IS OUT OF ORDER & ADVISE ME TO REPLACE IT. I ASKED HIM TO REPLACE THE PART & I HAVE CHARGED RS 4482/- I PAY THE BILL & TAKE DELIVERY.WHEN I WENT FROM WORKSHOP AT 5.30PM AFTER DRIVING 500 METRES THE PROBLEM REMAIN SAME. AGAIN I CART MY VEHICLE TO YOUR WORKSHOP ON 29/08/2012 & YOUR WORKSHOP MACHANIC CHECK & TOLD ME TO LEFT THE VEHICLE FOR WHOLE DAY FOR OBSERVATION.HENCE I LEFT MY VEHICLE & REACHED YOUR SHOWROOM AT 5.30PM TO TAKE DELIVERY OF VEHICLE.MR KAPIL BHARDAWAJ YOUR WORKSHOP ATTENDANT ASK ME THAT PROBLEM HAS BEEN RESOLVED.WHEN I SIT ON DRIVING SEAT & START THE VEHICLE THE PROBLEM REMAIN SAME & I ALSO SHOWN THIS PROBLEM TO MR KAPIL BHARDAWAJ YOUR WORKSHOP ATTENDANT.AT THIS TIME I TOLD TO MR KAPIL THAT YOU HAVE UNNECESSARLY CHANGE THE PART & PART WAS OK BUT YOUR MACHANIC HAS MAKE ONLY EXPERIMENT.BECAUSE PROBLEM REMAIN SAME TILL 29/08/2012 AFTER CHANGING OF CENSER AS ADVISED ME. AGAIN I CART MY VEHICLE TO YOUR WORKSHOP ON 30/08/2012 & I TALK WITH KAPIL AS WELL AS MR CHOUDHARY (GM) WHY THEY HAD CHANGE THE PART UNNECESSARY.AFTER CHANGING THE PART PROBLEM REMAIN SAME AS ON 27/08/2012. BOTH TOLD ME TO LEFT THE VEHICLE FOR OBSERVATION & I LEFT AS I HAD NO ANY ALTERNATE. I WENT ON 01/09/2012 TO YOUR WORKSHOP FOR TAKING OF DELIVERY OF VEHICLE. WHEN I ASKED MR KAPIL THAT WHY CENSER OF MY VEHICLE CHANGE UNNECESSARY & PROBLEM REMAIN SAME.HE ASK ME TO TAKE TEST DRIVE & I OBSERVE THAT PROBLEM HAD BEEN RESOLVED ON 01/09/2012. NOW AS I THOUGHT REGARDING YOUR SERVICES THAT --- 1.NO NEED OF REPLACEMENT OF CENSER. 2.SOME ANOTHER PROBLEM RELATED TO ENGINE BUT YOUR WORKSHOP ENGINEER COULD NOT DIGONISE THE PROBLEM IN BEGINNING & CHANGE THE CENSER IN CASUAL MANNER. 3.THERE IS NO SKILLED STAFF TO SUPERVISE THE MACHANICS HENCE CUSTOMER HAS SUFFER. 4.SUCH TYPE OF INSTANCES HAS DIMINISHING THE IMAGE OF WORLD CLASS COMPANY LIKE CHEVROLET AS WELL AS LOST CUSTOMER LOYALTY ALSO. 5.REALLY I FEEL MY SELF AS I AM CHEATED BY CHEVROLET AWORLD CLASS COMPANY. 6.AS YOU AWARE DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER HAS EXCHANGE HIS VIEWS TO ALMOST 10 PERSONS REGARDING INCONVINANCE. UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE TO ADVISE ME YOUR FINDINGS AFTER INVESTIGATION.HOPE AN EARLY ACTION IN THE MATTER SHALL BE TAKEN IN THE MATTER.
